I had my 2025 K-5 GT serviced at Dyer on Tuesday the 20th

I had my 2025 K-5 GT serviced at Dyer on Tuesday the 20th of January 2026. Monica was my contact person, the service was done in the time promised and she explained the bill thoroughly. Highly recommend the dealership for servicing your KIA.

I had my 2025 K-5 GT serviced at Dyer on Tuesday the 20th of January 2026. Monica was my contact person, the service was done in the time promised and she explained the bill thoroughly. Highly recommend the dealership for servicing your KIA.

We lease our cars from this dealership, and have had excellent service from every person we came into contact with, from the receptionist to the salesperson to the sales manager to the service team. Not a single problem. Very smooth process. Large inventory. Highly recommend.

My service experience at Dyer with Manny is exceptional.

My service experience at Dyer with Manny is exceptional. He says what timeline I can expect and delivers. If for some reason there is a delay I am told before the deadline is missed. He speaks in clear knowledgeable business language and on my layperson level. I’m actually learning a thing or two along the way. Great job Dyer for hiring Manny, a man of integrity. And a positive outlook. Refreshing.

I went to Dyer Kia Saturday 6/14/25 because they texted

I went to Dyer Kia Saturday 6/14/25 because they texted me that they were having a special Promotion. It stated in the text that they had options for $1 down, 1.9 financing and payments at $139.00. When i arrived they never showed me options on the " Promotion " and walked out with paying $500 down, 11.9 financing and payments at $279.00. I truly feel i was done wrong and the " Promotion " was just a " Gimmick" to get me into the dealership!! Not a Happy Camper!!

I was meant at sales door with an impressive greeting.

I was meant at sales door with an impressive greeting. I will make this short by saying I had went to my sons home and purchased a car from him. Why I say this is because of all my cars purchased THIS was the best 👌 The Dyers have shown me that they are great dealership proprietary owners.they do not just own a building with cars,they must put a great team of associates together that enjoy the tools given to manage the customers flow from front door to sitting in their new car.

Not very happy with this dealer!

Not very happy with this dealer! Supposed to be a certified KIA Sportage but just 3 weeks into it, found out that the washer fluid container has a big leak, the cigarette lighter is not working and when we checked the oil level, it was very low. They said that they changed oil before they sell but why didn't put enough oil on it? If they truly certified it, why didn't see all those issues? Now, we have to take the car to a nearby dealer (cuz they are quite far from us) to fix the problems. Finance officer didn't inform me of the increase in interest rate when the additional package of coverage was added. Not only the int rate increased but also an additional 5 mos of payments.

Not very happy with this dealer! In short, six days, many text messages giving me good

In short, six days, many text messages giving me good information about the car, approval through my lender, confirmation after the dealer asked to make an appointment for the car, and a four hundred dollar flight. I arrive to a dealership that “sold the car this morning”. No warning, no phone call, I even confirmed the appointment by request one hour before arrival. No one asked me to make a deposit otherwise I would have done so. Another flight back to my winter residence…. Bad business practices on their part. I will take my check and business elsewhere.

I have had some questionable service visits over the past

I have had some questionable service visits over the past few years, and was considering getting my Kia Soul taken care of elsewhere. However, Keith has renewed my faith in Dyer Kia. Not only is he very personable and professional, but he makes you feel like you are actually being heard and cared about. He made sure everything was taken care of, checked on warranties for me, and even made sure my car was washed and vacuumed (something that is always listed on my receipt but hasn't been done at Dyer Kia in years). Keith is a great asset to the dealership!
