Turns out, the car we purchased from Starway Motors, is a

Turns out, the car we purchased from Starway Motors, is a JOKE! BE VERY CAREFUL with this company! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM! 1 Week into driving the car, it was overheating. We took to a mechanic and as it turns out, there were LEAKS- had to replace coolant block connector and replace the engine oil seal! Starway Motors told us they will COVER NOTHING! FRAUDS!

To clarify about this acquisition, We at Starway Motors make sure to take care of our customers, disclose condition of the vehicles when advertised and before purchase, we always recommend pre-sale inspection and to adding extended warranty coverage along the ownership period. If a customer encounters mechanical issues with a vehicle after purchase, we try our best in assisting them. Customers who are encountering mechanical issues with used vehicles purchased from us are always encouraged and welcomed to call us at 832-664-9393 during our normal working hours to discuss any solutions to help with. Anyone who did not conduct any business with us and leave any non related spam or fake review will be formally reported!

approved me for 8000 car but required 1500 down and 360 a

approved me for 8000 car but required 1500 down and 360 a month for 60 months for a 2013 Nissan rogue. Told them I had a cosigner with 720 score they still wanted 1500 down when I only had a 1000 to my name. Really disappointing but God will make a way.

The approval terms for financing is set by the lender that you have been approved with! "We are not a Lender". The only way you can get you an updated approval terms that may meet your downpayment allowance is by your (720 score) co-signer applying with you!

Integrity Issues

Sold me a CT200H advertised as a good vehicle within 2 months started throwing trouble codes and burning oil past the cylinder rings. Antifreeze mixing with oil, 3,000+ to repair or replace and the dealer wouldn’t honor it, would much rather argue with me instead about how the sold me a “running vehicle”. Beware!

My VW EOS

A few years ago, I was able to get an incredible VW EOS convertible from this dealership. Dealt with Mike. He was amazing. He worked with me over the phone and made sure that I was able to get that car. I loved it and drove it until I was in a three-car accident and it was totaled. I look forward to buying another car soon from this dealership. Have already been in contact with Mike! Wonderful service. Amazing vehicles.

Zero stars for this dealership. Bought a car online and had extended conversation with Mike with owner. He mislead with the car condition, advertising a car in good condition serviced and maintained when it was junk and a project to restore Do not trust.

DONT BUY SIGHT UNSEEN!

NEVER BUY A CAR SIGHT UNSEEN FROM STARWAY MOTORS! GET THE CAR INSPECTED BEFORE YOU BUY! Mike is the most dishonest salesman you will ever come across. He will act nice and courteous until he gets your money, then the real fraud begins! The pictures are entirely doctored. Their photos are photoshopped to hide all damages! Mechanically the cars are propped up just enough to make it out of the lot. If you ever have a problem, Mike will pull a disappearing act and will never talk to you again! GET THE CAR INSPECTED BEFORE YOU BUY!

TERRIBLE business

Mike sold us an Infiniti QX56 that had PLUMBERS PUTTY applied over the head gasket to cover up an oil leak. The car cost me $16,000!!! We were told it was in excellent condition. It broke down within two hours!!!!! When we received it the dashboard was badly broken across the whole front and the seats were torn up with holes and rips. When we contacted Mike about it he avoided us —our lawyer contacted Mike about the issues. We explained the mechanic found more problems and he didn’t give A CRAP This dealership IS HORRIBLE. The timing chain needs replaced, the head gasket and oil leak needs fixed and dash replacement and tears throughout the vehicle repaired—this man lied to us and the dealership offered no assistance. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE

Not the greatest experience

Overall, not the worst experience, but felt a little misled after receiving the car. I was unable to see the car in person do to being across the country, so I had to go off of the description and trust of Mike and I think he could have been a little more forthcoming on the condition of some of the aspects of the car and things would have been fine. Instead, I tried following up with him after the car was delivered and he was Pretty rude and didn’t follow up with me after that with just a few minor things. As far as specifics, the car only came with a valet key (which maybe that’s all there was, but I didn’t know that until the car arrived), The tires and rims were in pretty bad shape and there was only a picture of one wheel in the listing, and there was a good amount of paint over splash on the front grill and driver‘s window, which is questionable. I’m just hoping there aren’t other things that are going to come to light that were not disclosed… My advice is to inspect any potential car before buying if you are not local to the dealership, otherwise, don’t expect much disclosure courtesy.

Great First Car-Buying Experience

I brought my college age daughter here so she could buy her first car. We found a great, low-mileage used Scion at a very affordable price. Mike worked with our schedules and made the process as smooth and quick as possible with great communication throughout.
