went to look at audi tt thats listed as clean title, arrived and saw body damage. Car fax said it was a salvage title, 2 accidents and water damage. When i asked about the car they said they just got it on the lot, i saw the listing for a week prior to making the ride to look at it. Typical used car salesmen approach, trying to be dishonest and pull a fast one on people. Great way to run a business.

The crew here are a hard working lot. I have been coming here for years. The owners know their stuff and don’t waste my time. I Haven’t had anything to complain about the service to this day.

First of all, New Hampshire is a "Buyer Beware" state when it comes to used car sales. In other words, you buy a used car in this state and you are married to that car and all the issues it has. There is no lemon law or grace period. so as it says Buyer Beware! I did not know this till after the car was purchased. It was not disclosed to me. By the time the car was driven home it had some issues. I called and they agreed to look at the car but I had to have it towed there. They had the car for 2.5 weeks. Picked up the car and did not get home before the engine light was on again. I took the car to my mechanic and ultimately it had to go to the dealership. The car needed major work. The dealership told us that the parts that were used were either inferior parts or not compatible with the car. This caused major mechanical and computer issues. The dealership had the car for 2 days. Just got it back. I called to let ODA know what was going on. By the way, communication is not very good with them. I explained what had happened at the dealership and what they did for repairs. They did not seem to care at all. This whole experience has been frustrating and devasting. So run away from this place...better yet, just do not go there! Nothing but junk cars with issues!

I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car I drove 6 hours drive to buy my car from them and will never regret it I was confident as soon as I talked with them 5 minutes that they weren't going to twist my leg they even take personal checks and they are straight forward about everything they will tell you exactly what they think so if your a jerk don't worry they will let you know

At the end of July I brought my nephew to find a car. He picked out a 2012 RAV4. We had the opportunity to deal with both brothers, Andrey & Dmitriy and let me tell you they were both courteous and honest. There were some things wrong with the RAV4, but that was not a problem for them. We picked it up the next day and it was perfect! They told us, any problems, you come back. The AC stopped working. We went back and they ordered the part which happened to be the AC sensor. They replaced it, no problem and no charge. I would definitely go back and buy another car.

I financed my car through DCU credit union, and ODA made the whole process seamless. This is a trustworthy group of people and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
