So, this has possibly been the worst business I have ever

So, this has possibly been the worst business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and the sad thing is I know the salesperson's sister-in-law. These people that I'm in this business are the lowest of the low, be sure you document everything as I did and take it for a second opinion as soon as possible I bought a 2015 Audi A3 quattro that seemed to be in good shape when I made a comment about the brakes, Tarek (sales) indicated to me that it had just been sitting a very long time and that should go away I have called the shop I have emailed the shop and now I am filing court legal documents. After purchase I went on my honeymoon. Within 3,700 miles a domino effect of catastrophic failures occurred including MASSIVE coolant and oil leaks (including oil in my turbo) I originally believe this would stay in civil court but I have enough documentation and statements from certified mechanics to take this to district. 2 bad EVAP cannisters, oil leaking massively, and a water pump were all required immediately. I also have a documented video of my friend pulling the hose out of the turbo and oil coming straight out of my turbo not even two months after purchase around 1800 to 2400 miles after purchase every review I've read on Yelp and Google he has s a standard sarcastic response to every bad review. I would strongly urge and advise you to not deal with these people and please document everything down to the text messages from the certified Audi dealerships you got work done, and to the CERTIFIED mechanic that gave you the second opinion and bring somebody with you during purchase so you have a witness he still has 10 days to respond to my certified letter where I was requesting $4800 in compensation due to negligence so far no response but no surprise there I have since compiled over $7000 in receipts I personally paid for repair, however to be fully functionial Audi certified tech quoted me 13K (total of 20K) so I believe this will go to district Court and we will both have to hire lawyers luckily I have a Pro bono who indicated with my documentation, It will be a swift judgement, Will update when that date comes.

I asked about the truck they had posted and never got a response, I also contacted another dealer about another truck, but I was waiting for the response from motorworld because I really like the one they had up. I initially left out my # and then sent another message with my # and still no response. It will be a drive for me so I wasn't going without knowing it was still there. But I guess they sold it already just didn't take it down???

Tried to sell me a 2016 tundra with rotted out frame.

Tried to sell me a 2016 tundra with rotted out frame. Drove 2.5 hrs and specifically asked about the frame condition before driving down. Truck shouldn’t have passed inspection, extremely obvious when you look at the frame.

Dealer response

Thank you for your review. We have taken note of your feedback, and we are having the inspection station review. Please note that it is not the intention of the dealership to sell product that has not met the Inspection standards and therefore we are reliant on the inspection pass or fail. We do understand that customer standards differ from the status of a vehicle passing inspection. Should there be a deficiency in the vehicle inspection we will update the review.

Deceptive online car images. Salesperson was nice.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Motorworld. I received a link via text to view detailed photos of this vehicle and paid to have it delivered from MD to NC. The vehicle arrived and the interior was in good shape. The exterior had dents and scratches that weren't discernable in the pictures. I was told it was in excellent condition and nobody mentioned the scratches and paint damage. To cover his own butt, the delivery guy(3rd party company) had marked over 30 signs of damage on the vehicle. The dealer said that the vehicle had a clean Carfax however, after looking in the right light, it's clear that the entire passenger side was repainted. It's dull whereas the rest of the car is mostly shiny. I paid a company to verify that the paint(via depth gauge) had been altered. When confronted with this information the dealership simply noted that they inspect the vehicle for safety issues. Unfortunately, if I want it right, it will cost me $2k out of my own pocket. The dealer did agree to ship me a $50 replacement part(fender flare which was broken) and sent me a touch-up pen for all of the scratches. I won't do business with this dealership again and would recommend you do not purchase a vehicle from them without a thorough inspection. Bring someone with you who can tell if a car's been in a wreck too - I wish I had.

Shady Business! BEWARE!

Don’t get a vehicle here! They make it look like you are getting a vehicle worth buying but once you get it off the lot nothing works like they said it would! We wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle we did if we would have know the DVD system didn’t work. We were told it would work if we put a DVD in it. Beware! DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE! They run a shady business.

Dealer response

Dear Danielle, Thank you for your feedback. As per our records, when you visited the Dealership, you test drove the vehicle which is in pristine condition. you were also asked to check everything on the vehicle to make sure it meets your requirements and that everything checks out to your liking. The DVDs in the headrests of your vehicle are working as you have said. and at the time you were at the dealership we asked you to check the DVD system so you can make sure it is working. The ceiling mounted DVDs could have a different DVD loader or require the manufacturer to diagnose the system and if it has a fault. This would be the best approach as the manufacturer is the only one who would have the correct diagnostic tools for the Ceiling mounted DVDs. We offered you a great vehicle at an incredible price. We offered you more on your vehicle trade because we are very transparent when we do business, We gave you a discount on your purchase price, and addressed the concerns you had on the vehicle. We believe we have done our best and more to provide you with a great purchase experience. Our business ethics and values are very clear and reviewed by our customers and are available for you to see and read. Best Wishes

Great Customer Service-Integrity minded!

We bought a car with Julio 2 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We happened to buy a car that they had just received and had not been looked at yet by their mechanic. On our way home from buying the car, a warning light came on so we called Julio. Without any hesitation he told us to bring the car straight back the dealership . The following Monday the mechanic inspected the car and found it was simply due for its regular maintenance. He performed the maintenance and the car runs superbly. We couldn't be happier with our choice to purchase from MotorWorld.... they truly stand behind their cars and their promises!

Nice dealership; Great inventory; Indifferent sales staff

About ten days ago I observed that this dealership which is close by where I live had the perfect car I was looking for. I called and spoke with a salesperson who said because of COVID-19 I needed an appointment to visit the dealership to see the car. I could not come on the property without an appointment. I promised him that I would make it as convenient as possible for him. I received a follow up email and phone call on that day. Nothing for ten days and then today I received an email saying the vehicle had been sold. I emailed back to say that I had even forgotten about their car and had purchased someplace else. Virtually zero follow up and an indifferent attitude: come, don't come we have other customers to attend to.

Quick, easy and honest

From the beginning they were quick to respond to set up a time for me to look at and test drive the Subaru I was interested in. They were up front with all the costs and the cars history. It was a pleasant time dealing with and purchasing a car from Motor world. Nice and professional people. Would definitely suggest them to friends looking for a car.
