Impossible to get thru to the service department.

Impossible to get thru to the service department. Or any other department. Phone rings and rings, and after several rings tells you to try later. This went on for two days. Tried using their online contact. They did not respond. Going up to Nalley Lexus in Smyrna next week.

Find a more reputable Lexus dealer in the area…

Dealership advertises “certified” and state it is worth thousands of dollars. Was at the finish line to purchase and they slip in the car is not certified ???? I walked away…. There are more reputable Lexus dealers in the area who have much better ratings

Why not my year model?

Called to schedule repairs, the technician told me " thay " do not , service Lexus 2002 models. To pretense antique models, a criminal take for Lexus to deny service for older models at Butler Lexus in Atlanta GA.

Very poor experience buying parts from this dealership,

Very poor experience buying parts from this dealership, they sent it to the wrong address listed on the West Coast when i needed the parts asap and live an hour away from the nearest Lexus dealership. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the cost of shipping but I find that won’t be possible even though i was told by Parts that they would be able to reimburse me for that shipping cost so i could get my parts in a timely manner since it was their mistake. Parts was somewhat helpful but it still took weeks to get reimbursed for the parts. I would have had less of a headache if I bought/shipped the parts from a different dealership in an entirely different state since i was traveling. Very frustrating experience overall.

They left me stranded in the middle of the night at their free airport parking they give while they service your car. It’s cold, raining and 12:08am. I had to get an Uber to my home over an hour and a half away. NEVER had an issue when I did this same service with my Audi…

I would like to update this review since Butler Lexus made things right the next day. They paid for my very large Uber bill for the ride home, they drove my Lexus to me at my home, gave me a very sweet goodie bag, but most importantly they apologized sincerely and put in failsafes so this won’t happen again. I appreciate the new service manager concern and quick response!

Left me stranded at airport parking while doing ma

I left my car at Park n ticket for service like I have many times before with my Audi with no issues. Imagine my surprise at 12:08 am in the cold,pouring rain when I return from my trip…no car!! We talked to them 2 days ago! All was fine. I’m having to take an Uber over an hour and a half home. Thank goodness the person at Park n ticket let us stand inside until our Uber could get here. This is crazy. Look how Lexus treats their customers. This is a brand new 2022 NX. Shame on Butler Lexus- no consideration for their customers. Thank goodness my husband was with me. If I would have been alone in the middle of the night, I would have been a nervous wreck.

6/14 /22 - Tamahn Jamison was the best salesman I've ever worked with. I feel like I've known him for years. Great buying experience. The whole staff exceeded my expectations on this particular day. 9/6/22 - Emailed (Lexus Sales Professional) Tamahn Jamison & Finance Manager (Daniel Feliciano) - I've had my IS300 since June and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT but it doesn't love me in the same manner. I'm starting to realize just how uncomfortable it is. I honestly didn't take into consideration my height when I made the purchase. I also have back issues which makes it uncomfortable after sitting in it for a while. In addition it is uncomfortable for anyone sitting in the back seat because I have to push my seat all the way back due to my height and the steering wheel unfortunately isn't adjustable. Long story short, is there any way possible we can look at perhaps transferring me into something bigger that will give me more leg room and comfort. In addition, most of my passengers are over 6ft tall like myself and it hasn't been a very comfortable ride even for those sitting in the back seat. I received a call that evening form (New Car Sales Director) John Cogan who said he understood my situation. The is300 is a nice vehicle but that it probably wouldn't be a comfortable ride after a year. He even stated that he was 5'5 and as bad as he, his wife and his daughter wanted an (is) he, himself knows/knew how uncomfortable it is. He asked me to come into the dealership and that we'd look for something that would be comfortable for my height and play with some numbers. I left work early on 9/7/22 and was in traffic for over an hour to get to the dealership in the hope we'd find something that would work for me. Tamahn was helpful (as always) but I knew his hands were tied. He showed me a 2019 ES300 that was actually perfect and comfortable. When it was time to talk numbers I was told $5K down and an $1100.00 monthly payment. I told him no, I'm not interested in paying $1100.00 in addition to paying another down payment. It should've been a simpler process and it wasn't. I walked away disappointed and dissatisfied. On 9/9/22 I decided to take a chance and visit another Lexus dealership. After I explained my situation the (Lexus Sales Professional) was more than eager to help and get me out of the is300 and into something much bigger and newer. I didn't allow myself to get my hopes up because I know how these things can go bad when the odds are racked up against you. However, I did learn a few things? Per the sales professional and the Finance Director, I was advised that Butler Lexus sold me a 2020 Pre Certified Lexus IS300 for more than what it was actually worth and that I should've been put into a BRAND NEW VEHICHLE at the price I was paying per month as well as the actual total. I had been given a bad deal. Unfortunately, where I went they couldn't put me in anything else because "There was too much negative equity" I asked how is that possible when I've only had the car less than 90 days? "BECAUSE THEY SOLD IT TO ME FOR MORE THAN WHAT IT WAS ACTUALLY WORTH" In order for me to get out of it I'd need to put down 8-10K. The Sales Professional told me that BUTLER LEXUS has a bad reputation for overselling their vehicles for more than what they're actually worth. I'm disappointed because I honestly believed a dealership under this luxury flagship wouldn't price gouge nor take advantage of someone just to put extra money in their own pockets. I was overcharged by 15K yet they have the audacity to request me to put down 5K more and increase the monthly payment? DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP (YOU'LL BE SORRY)

They have the worst customer service I ever seen.

They have the worst customer service I ever seen. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends nor family members there. Ed Jenkins was great!! The car I purchased had a spot on it and they call themselves to repair it, however, the same spot showing back up. So, I called them and spoke with Ryan and he's rude as well. I just purchased the car at the end of April. I would never purchase another car from them.
