I would like to thank Mark for his incredible efforts on the delivery of the 2026 Cayenne. He really made a miracle happen with the trade-in of my 2023 Cayenne on the last day of the lease given the nearly 1 month delay in the 2026 Cayenne arrival in Burlington. Moreover, his gracious extras were a welcomed surprise and much appreciated to make the overall delivery individual and spectacular. I hope his Managment realizes the great lengths he goes through to make his customers feel special. This is my fifth Cayenne from Porsche of Burlington, but Mark’s efforts on the delivery were overwhelming the best I have experienced. THANK YOU!!
