I placed a factory order for a Porsche 911 Carrera and John was informative throughout the process. He provided frequent updates on the car's progress as it was being assembled in Germany. His superior customer service culminated with his driving the car right to my driveway and providing a thorough explanation of every feature. You never know what to expect when you purchase and Aston Martin from a Porsche dealership, but Mark made it easy for us. He ensured the car was properly prepped prior to our arrival. He went above and beyond to crack the after market Apple Car Play system and was always available. The out of state delivery could not have been smoother.

Went to Porsche Burlington on June 27th on a whim. Didn’t intend to buy anything at all, just wanted to see the cars. Luckily enough, I got paired with Mr. Fontaine, and boy was the experience magical! I will never go to another car dealership in my life! I got a 2022 Porsche Taycan, and unfortunately did not realize it was RWD. However, that isn’t an issue for John or Porsche Burlington. they gave me a month to make my first payment, so I have 30 days to go back and rectify this purchase! I’ve already been in contact with John, and he reassured me that I will be okay, and I can still get into the car of my dreams. All is good in my world, and I have been so blessed to paired with John Fontaine at Porsche Burlington.

I really like Porsche Burlington both for sales and service. The dealership if very well appointed with great amenities such as snacks, drinks, Wi-Fi, and nice cars to look at.
