Poor customer service
I saw a truck on their lot and really wanted it. I called for a price and they wouldn't give me one over the phone. Truck was not marked on lot. Left my name and number they said they would call me back in an hour or so. Never called me back! Poor salesmanship! Very disappointed but I guess after reading some reviews here this is a norm for them.

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS
Buyers beware. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. We have had nothing but problems and empty promises from the whole team at Robert J. Starting with Chris and Vaughn Johnston who induced the sale by promising us the locks would work once we changed the remote battery. If it didn’t, bring it back no questions and they would fix it. Well, two days later, changed the battery and problem didn’t fix. Took car back and they kept it for a week and a half saying they’re mechanic was busy and we were next in line. Eventually we picked it back up not fixed with the promise they would call us when mechanic was available. Calls weekly unanswered. My husband finally went up there and we were told they would not be fixing the issue. Two days later the battery was dead. Replaced the battery and scanned it to find it was a bad battery. (Who sells a car with a bad battery) called daily to inform the dealer. No answer, no return calls. Fast forward to two months after having the car and about 300 miles driven. The car won’t start. Called Blair. No answer. No return calls. My husband goes up there again and they scan it. Blair tells us he will talk to mechanic and call us back. Doesn’t call back. Dodges calls again for a week. Now I have a car that doesn’t run. Finally answers after calling from a different number and says they’re not fixing it and we’re basically on our own and then hangs up on my husband. We spent over $5,000 on a car that doesn’t even run. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE. DON’T WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON THESE xxxxxxxx. They make sure they clean the cars up real nice and spray paint any blemishes. Also, their 90 day warranty is a joke. They don’t honor their warranty.

Disappointing
Bought a truck from Blair. Was told it ran great with no issues and was even given a warranty that doesn’t cover anything. Check Engine light came on. Was told that it wasn’t a concern as long as it wasn’t blinking. Blair said he would have his mechanic look at it, but they were too busy. Every time I called, he said he would call me back. Never did! When I finally reached him, he said that the noise he described to his mechanic wouldn’t fall under the warranty. Never even had his mechanic look at it. Very dissatisfied customer.

2004 Chevy suburban z71
Came to the lot to check out vehicle I'd seen posted on cars.com..looked great online...got to lot vehicle was in unbelievable shape for the year it was. There were a few minor repairs needed but Robert J Inc said those would be fixed before I drove it off the lot. And they followed thru on their wotd. My truck is amazing and I love it. I admit being a really small lot I was kinda skeptical...but we may be in the market for an upgrade soon for my husband,and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Robert J Inc again. Thank you!!! :-D
