I picked up the car without floormat and a ticking noise even without starting. The salesperson who is not responding my calls said that he would send me the floormat by mail before picking up. I went to Chevrolet service for the solution of that ticking noise and they solved it with an invoice $216.79. Please reimburse this payment and send me the floormats.
