Had problems finding a new SUV hybrid in my locale. Contacted Rocky and he came through exceptionally well. Was a long drive to get there but Rocky made me feel like I was a valued customer. Didn't take long to make the deal. Even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied.

Sara was great! She knew what vehicle I was looking for and let me know about ones I would be interested in. She respected my concern about the smoke smell in the vehicle and had it dealt with. She got back to us annd kept us updated throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable and thorough at explaining the vehicle features. She is very personable to deal with.

Capital Lincoln in Regina provided false information
Capital Lincoln in Regina provided false information during a sales discussion for a 2025 Lincoln Aviator. Salesperson Jisong (aka Jason) stated that only trucks and semis in Saskatchewan require mud flaps, which is incorrect — Saskatchewan law requires all vehicles, including passenger vehicles, to have proper fender coverage. After I challenged this misinformation and referenced the law, Sales Manager Brett Holloway addressed the issue by including mud flaps at no additional cost. However, this was only done after my communications with Jason, and the initial attempt to present them as an extra charge remains a misleading (and to me an unethical) sales practice. Based on my personal experience, I strongly caution anyone against buying from this dealership. I have since heard other stories of questionable practices from Capital Ford Lincoln. While I cannot confirm those accounts, they are far more believable to me after what I experienced firsthand.
