I have to say that Tom Braid went above at the time of my purchase. He took the time to go over all options of my new suv. And he went out and got us a steaks dinner for our anniversary,as that was the day I got to pick up my new purchase. Thanks Tom from Jennifer and Paul

Very proffesional staff, easy going not pushy, Mike in sales went out of his way to be helpful, Kathleen (in finance) patience was bar none. The Kia Stinger car is a competetor with other high luxury sedans for half the price :)

Not pushy
Tom was nice and very helpful. Often at dealerships people are pushy, and Tom clearly just wanted to help. We came across this dealership by accident, and it was lucky we did!

Staff threatens when customer has concerns
I have had ongoing issues since I purchased a Kia Sorrento from Kia West Edmonton regarding a mat for the hatch of my new Sorrento that I did not receive. Since then I have not been contacted by Kia West Edmonton with efforts to resolve this issue. I have left phone messages and emails to Mr. Ricci and his son’s and have had no reply. On January 8, 2019 I went to Kia West Edmonton to get the first oil change in my new Sorrento. At this time I went into the sales area to ask about the above issue and talk to one of the Ricci’s. While I was waiting a salesperson from Kia West Edmonton approached me to inform me that the back hatch mat would not be included. When purchasing our Sorrento the mats were to be included but it was a verbal agreement. I was never told that the hatch mat would not be included until after the sale was completed and I had possession of my new vehicle. The sales person also told me that I was to not contact Kia Canada again and if I did Kia West Edmonton would charge me. I had requested to speak with one of the owners. I had observed that Mr. Ricci and sons were in the building. I was told repeatedly to wait as they were all busy. I waited over one hour to speak with Mr. Ricci and was eventually told by the receptionist that he would not speak to me and I was handed a business card. This card was a lawyer’s card. At this point I was again threatened that any contact with Kia Canada or any social media posts was not advisable. I consider what Kia West Edmonton did as a threat and their sales/customer service unethical. The lack of professionalism and integrity within Kia West Edmonton is appalling. I will not be threatened by a company that has such little regard for honesty and customer service. If you want to buy a Kia do not buy it at Kia West Edmonton.

Ashley helped us throughly during the car purchase.. no false promises and everything written down on the quote.. and got new car all things as promised.. Every time I went there I was welcomed with a smile and coffee.. Highly recommended..

Forte 5 purchase
In December I was looking to purchase a vehicle. My son suggested Kia West Edmonton as he had previously purchased a Sorento and was very happy with his purchase. The salesman, Tom Braid, was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the extra time to help me choose a Forte 5 that I would be happy with and fit all my requirements. Not only would I recommend Kia West Edmonton but I would definitely recommend Tom Braid to assist in the purchase of a vehicle. If in the future I am in the need of another vehicle I will return to Kia West Edmonton. B. Hatfield
