We really didn't needed a new vehicle, our current vehicle was just a year old. When we went to the dealership to test ride the new GLC 300, I told Tony to 'make me buy' this by giving us numbers that we can't say NO to. He did exactly that, no xx and on point. Tony won't promise anything that he can't deliver and he will never not deliver anything he promised. It was a seamless transaction and we are happy with our purchase. Greg from Finance was another gem of a professional. It was pleasant working with him. Although we didn't meet Mike in person but he did help us make this happen over emails. All in all it was a great experience at MB London. We will for sure do business again.

I was looking for a AMG C43 for over 3 months and had been to numerous car dealers across southwest Ontario looking for the right car. In all fairness I loved every car that I test drove but it was the customer service that made me sign the papers at London Mercedes. Dealing with Tony was the best car buying experience of my life. Happy to acknowledge both London MB dealership and Mike Robinson as my sales person in most recent purchase. Have been doing business with this place for more than 12 years and will be returning - this is the fourth vehicle. Would most definitely recommend Mike as a person to deal with - he will hear you and will genuinely attempt to address any issues or any of your concerns - and this is consistent throughout the ownership. Service department as well has been outstanding - they do know that at times the requirements for the mechanics or electronics might be more stringent depending on the driving setup of the vehicle and will address issues that for "casual"drivers might not represent a problem whatsoever (racing environment). Kudos to Marcus as well - life would be more difficult without his help. In summary: will do business with them again and will recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation.
