I was seen very quickly upon arrival and the whole experience was very smooth. Mark was quite thorough in seeing to my needs. The other staff were quite friendly.

I just purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer in March. I had purchased a 2008 Ford Escape in June of 2007 and figured it was time to upgrade I loved my Ford Escape I had such wonderful customer service for 10 years-oil changes,etc. I bought both my vehicles from Murray Elke who is so professional, accommodating and a true pleasure to deal with. My husband and I have been dealing with Murray Elke and Capital Ford Lincoln/Landau for 19 years and have always been treated like valuable customers and made to feel welcome when coming into the dealership.

My wife and i bought a 2017 ford escape. We had a budget in mind, the specs of the vehicle that we needed and the color. Phil and Jeff did their best to help us and make our budget work. They were very easy and straightforward to talk to. Everything worked out and we were happy when we left the dealership. They did not force us to take any deals we did not like and came up with options instead. Jacqi helped us on the financing side, explained everything and suggested value-adding services. She's a very nice person as well, went thru the calculations several times until we were sure we understood our payments. We will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends!!! Jeff and Roger in sales figured out a plan to help me exchange a leased vehicle for a new purchase, as I was putting too many kms on the lease. They were both very helpful and patient as they explained all of the options and let me come to my own decision as to what was best for me. Loving the new Escape so far!
