It was a pleasure working with Val for our Sienna deal.

It was a pleasure working with Val for our Sienna deal. We also appreciate the dealership who offered us a vehicle in demand the pricing that's mostly around MSRP without a lot of mandatory add-ons. If you are interested in improving customer experiences, I would suggest the finance manager and other more senior manager lower the pressure to ask customers to purchase various protection plans or extended warranties. It would make customers more pleasant if you simply explain those to them and give them some time to think about it, especially if they have family members present, then take the decision the customers give without further persuasion or being visibly disappointed.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. Special kudos to Val Parson, she is the best, has a lot of knowledge about the cars and explain it in a very easy way. I wouldn't think twice to come here to buy a car.

I love the staff.

I love the staff. Thanks to Anne and her team, Angel and Sam you make a huge difference. Awesome people and very helpful and accommodating. Manager Aaron you are also amazing. I would recommend Chalrlesglen to my friends and family. Fantastic!!!

You sold we a 2019 Rav4 a few months ago.

You sold we a 2019 Rav4 a few months ago. The lift gate is now not working on the vehicle. I have checked Dr. Google and nothing has worked. I have called your Service Department and they said it would cost $188 per hour to diagnosis what is wrong with it. This is a known problem. It is all over the internet that their are liftgate problems with the Rav4. Why wasn't I told about this little problem before you sold me this vehicle? You guys are such a rip off artists!!

Phil, I do appreciate that you have followed up on my liftgate problem for many days. The lift does work now (80%) of the time. I don't know what your shop foreman did to it but I am glad that it works. Thank you for making my experience better with this issue. I hope the lift continues to work so I don't have to shell out any money for this known hinge problem.
