Scotty and the managers have xxxxing horrible customer

Scotty and the managers have xxxxing horrible customer service. Drove out there to see a vehicle and had a meeting with Scotty at 11:00 and he was nowhere to be found and the vehicle was sold the day before. After calling the dealership every person blames it on someone else which is such a chicken xxxx way of dealing with this. Be a man and fess up with your screwup

Where do I begin?

Where do I begin? We purchased a 2024 Escalade. Ill start with some positives that do not reflect the 1 star rating: - Lauren, our sales rep. Was beyond amazing. She was not pushy or trying to force a sale on us and helped us find exactly what we wanted. -We dealt with Chantal for financing, she went nothing short of above and beyond to help us, was very professional and ensured our process was stress-free. If you absolutely want to purchase a vehicle from here, i would 100% request to deal with Lauren and Chantal for the entire process. Now, the reasons for the 1 star rating: - our vehicle had some in-transmit damage to the door- a big and very visible scratch. We we’re ensured by Robin, the sales manager, that this would be fixed, as the deal was pending this repair. Robin, was your typical sales person; pushy, un-attentive, and treated us like a number in the end of the month sales quota, during her brief involvements. After a week, we went to pick up our vehicle. We noticed the repairs were subpar- the scratch looked as if it was “repaired” by painting over it with a paint stick, and we voiced our displeasure. Robin, argued with us that the repairs were of pristine quality, and there was nothing else they could do for us. After an extensive argument with Robin, she agreed the scratch was still visible, and offered to have the door completely re-painted, although, she voiced that she did not have any confidence that her peers would be able to fix the scratch. To add, during the whole process, when Robin was involved, she attempted to pressure us in finalizing the sale, she was not personable and did not display very good communication skills. We almost walked away from this vehicle , on multiple occasions, because of our interactions with Robin. This is NOT the quality of service and repairing you want from a sales manager and a body shop, while purchasing a 100 000$ + brand new vehicle. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Do better.

Scott Johnson is professional, knowledgeable, and very

Scott Johnson is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He answered all my questions as I worked through my decision to purchase. He was not pushy, as I have frequently experienced at some dealerships (a definite turn off!). He is just a nice guy doing a great job as a salesman. Go see him, you'll thank me!

Best dealership experience ever!

Best dealership experience ever! We have never had such a pleasant experience when purchasing a car. Carter is the best! His dealing with us was so genuine and caring – from initial contact to post-delivery. Normally, our children dread going to a dealership, but this time it was very different. It felt so comfortable and an enjoyable family event throughout. Perhaps, well-captured by the statement from our son: “I will fly in from Vancouver to buy my next vehicle from Don Wheaton”. Carter made our purchase experience so wonderful by his caring attitude and undivided attention to our queries. He was thorough and tried to address everything that we pointed out – even searched for a front license plate bracket in the lot. The Finance person (CG) could have been more transparent by mentioning options for warranty deductible, and not noting our responses without asking us about protection plan first. However, we are happy to ignore that in view of the exceptional dealing from everyone else, including the staff at reception and Carter’s manager. Definitely recommend Don Wheaton, if Carter gets to serve you!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from don weaten and they have always treated me with great respect and professionalism. There pricing and quality of vehicles has always been more then fair . I recommend Donweaton to everyone I talk to that's looking for a vehicle.

Rude!

Rude!!! I don’t recommend Moon. Very unprofessional. Used the f word. Instead of addressing me by my first name she called me and continue to call me a mama bear. I didn’t appreciate that. Talked with the manager and nothing was done. I will get my Cadillac but not from this location,
