We purchased a 2015 Tahoe. We went into the dealership with a few different options in mind. Pete was extremely helpful and efficient at getting us all our options out on the table.. It was truly a great experience. Tim helped us out with finance and made it quick and painless . After it was all said and Done, Dileep went over all the incredible options in the new tahoe! He was very knowledgable and made the experience fun. We will for sure be back to Don Wheaton.

Was looking for a replacement for my old Escalade and Dileep helped me look at a Yukon but was great when I noticed a new Escalade to try out and made the deal happen. He was efficient, really knowledgable about the vehicles and easy going so the experience was very comfortable. Tim was quick with the financing communication and I was in my new ride in no time. I had to bring it in for a couple quick tweaks that came up and Len in the service department was fantastic, ensuring we got everything done. The staff at Don Wheaton is the best I've seen so far in Edmonton (and I've been to a lot of dealerships). They really make me feel like me and my time is important. That's much appreciated.

Since starting my relationship with Don Wheaton last year, as a woman I had some pre-conceived ideas about how I might be treated, the usual stereotypes etc etc. I am pleased to report that the experience has never been daunting, I have been treated with respect and courtesy by everyone I have met even when I have asked a million questions, I always have prompt, clear advice and smooth service :)

We took our Cadillac escalade in for service. We were greeted by a very nice young man (Geoff Frazer). He was very friendly and professional. He looked after all our issues and took the time to look after getting a rental delivered to the dealership for us. The work was done fairly expediently and thus far we have had no issues with the repairs. We told that if there were issues to bring it back and they would look after it. All in all a very pleasant experience. We will definitely continue to use this business.

I've dreaded going in to dealerships for years. I usually associate it with sales guys prowling around after you which always made me just leave because I wasn't looking at vehicles on my terms. Or being blind sided in the finance department as the numbers suddenly are changed from what was originally discussed. But here,that was NOT the case. I found I was given my space to look around. But of course not abandoned. when I had questions, the guys were there to help whether through texting back in good time or just chatting at showroom. And as much as I tried to find something changed in the final numbers, it was all as we discussed. Tim was quite efficient and had everything ready to go, but also took the time to make sure I understood everything I was signing. I ended up with a vehicle that I didn't even know I needed, but in a good way. The sales guy, Alex in the Used Dept and some of the other guys helped me work out what I really wanted/needed and without pressure, showed me some stuff and we made a deal. I was even happy when Pete (the manager) called me and was willing to compete on the price when I found another truck which was close in price. Then when I had some difficulties with some add ons I requested, Pete once again stepped in and smoothed things over and got me what I wanted. Overall my experience was awesome considering what I was expecting. I got what I wanted, no real delays, it all went pretty smooth and I felt well informed throughout the process. Hopefully the next time around I will be able to work with them again.

Buying process was efficient & easy. Great service department every time I took my vehicle in. Kept well informed on progress of vehicle Employees are terrific to work with, very professional.

Entire experience was excellent. The truck was exactly what i wanted. The best new vehicle buying experience anyone could ask for.
