Erin Park Lexus

I went to the dealer compare the pricing and product offerings on a set of tires for my RX350. I also wanted to understand the install issues with this vehicle since it has pressure sensing on all wheels. Scott asked for my other quotes and indicated he would try and match them and provide a discount on the installation. He came within 5 dollars of the prices and a deep discount on the install. Since this was my dealer, it translates into a considerable amount of added value, since they know the vehicle very well and the technicians are factory trained. This dealer knows how to treat their customers, and Scott went out of his way to accommodate my requirements. i can't emphasize enough, how this experience promotes customer loyalty, and demonstrates their commitment to customer service.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service I receive each time I take my car in for service. This is the fifth car I have purchased from Erin Park Lexus and they continue to impress. The salesman, Abdul Ramadan is wonderful to deal with. He is incredibly knowledgeable with an outstanding work ethic. The excellent service continues whenever I take my car in. Sid always goes over and above in ensuring everything is done correctly and to my satisfaction. He always meets the commitments he has made. Scott has also been wonderful to deal with as well. Lexus has set a gold standard for efficient, prompt and courteous sales and service with integrity and openness. The team has raised the bar very high and should be a role model for many other businesses and service organisations in Toronto & Mississauga. The coffee, WiFi, TV, newspapers and free car wash are a few extras that makes one feel comfortable and special. The only VIP service lacking is a helicopter to drop and pick up patrons who are often in a hurry and wish to avoid the GTA traffic!.Keep up the good job, Team Lexus.

Had my vehicle in for service and when I couldn't get to the dealership to pick it up before they closed due to my travel schedule, they dropped it off at my house and even coordinated a time when someone would be home to accept the keys! I have dealt with this dealership for several years, since switching from Nissan/Honda/GM products to a Lexus vehicle. My experience has always been very positive. Staff are knowledgable, friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Other dealerships have always made me feel like I had to "fight" to get the best deal and negotiations between salesperson and manager were held behind closed doors. At Erin Park Lexus the process is open, transparent and you really feel like you arre part of the Lexus family. Great vehicles, great service and good people is what keeps me coming back!
