Traded in my vw for another which i had my eye on. Josh hooked me up with a long test drive and i was happy so they got down to business and i left with my dream car that evening. Great service.

Everyone was very informative answering all our questions with amazing knowledge. Arriving at Abbotsford Volkswagen, Nick Iozzo welcomed us, determining what we basically wanted proceeded to show and display available units on the lot.

They really went over and above our expectations. With their help we left that lot in a brand new vehicle ,which we desperately needed . That in itself was unexpected as we were resigned to having to possibly get a used , older model. Went to Abbotsford VW to help my Step son buy a new car and We had Mel show us around the lot. The first time I actually enjoyed myself instead of feeling nervous and pressured. The process went so well after Step son was finished.... My other Half and I found ourselves trading in our 2013 Jetta and driving home in a Passat !! Mel and Bill in Financing made this a wonderful experience ....

I went to Abbotsford Volkswagen even though I live in Richmond because Richard was very helpful on the phone when I called them to enquire about their deals. He then contacted me because he said there was a potential buyer who might pay significantly more for my old car than I would get on a trade in. So I went to hear what they could offer. They did indeed end up giving me more for my trade in than I would have received anywhere else and then fell over backwards to sell me a vehicle that met my needs for an affordable price. I ended up spending more than I intended but as it is going to be the last car I ever buy, hopefully, I decided it was worth it with the extended warranty. I just hope the new Tiguan I bought gives me as much satisfaction as my old Jetta TDI.

Mark was great in finding me what I was looking for. Even though VW Abbotsford was a bit of a drive from my downtown apartment, I'm glad I made the trek. Very friendly and easy going, no pressure to buy.

I walked into the dealership because my truck broke down on me and i needed a vehicle. The sales staff where very helpful in giving me information about the vehicles engineering and specs. after a few days thinking about it and test driving other vehicles i decided to go with the Jetta TDI for its fuel economy and overall feel and performance.
