I would like to preface this by saying I fell in love with a vehicle other than Toyota, so did not end up making a purchase here. The high level of service provided to me while I was looking was so phenomenal that I wanted to leave a review. Sam K approached us right away, and not in that creepy salesman kind of way. :) He listened to what I liked and wanted and made sure he explained all of my options. He readily had cars for me to test drive and worked out many options in terms of financing, leases or whatever I would need. He had a great sense of humour and a lot of patience. I almost feel bad that the car I loved wasn’t toyota. I will be recommending your dealership and Sam K to any friends I have looking for new vehicles. i wîll also be returning on my next car shopping experience. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

Gary was very helpful in all aspects of my purchase. He described all the features of the vehicle in layman's language which was good because I am a luddite when it comes to cars. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful all good. I appreciated dealing with someone seasoned in the business.

Shawn was very good about not pushing me into anything I didn't want. He really worked with me to find me the best car and the best deal I could get. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also had a nice sense of humour. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a good quality used vehicle.

I came back to Whitby Toyota to buy this car because Gary Brown is the best dealer sales rep that I have ever dealt with. I have a high opinion of Whitby Toyota and all the people there. I have bought cars here before and I have recommended the dealership to family members (which is something that I don't normally do). Gary stands out. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He clearly loves what he does and he does it well. Costs and process were clearly laid out so there were no surprises. He gave a thorough introduction to the vehicle before I drove it away. The car I bought is a Camry SE Hybrid. This is an awesome car. It is the kind of car that a stand-up guy like Gary can be proud to sell. Buying a great car from someone like Gary is an experience everyone should be able to expect when buying a new car.

My wife's car is a 2015 Toyota Corolla S 41000km in mint condition, better condition than the 2015 Rav4 Stock #80502A with 36000km. Whitby Toyota depreciated our car 60% in a three year period offering only $12,000 toward the over priced Rav4 selling at $ 26,500, From my view of internet sales this dealerships ask is $3,500.00 over average pricing in the GTA. I offered $10,000 cash with our Corolla. Whitby Toyota wants it both ways low dollar for your car and top dollar for theirs. The whole overall experience was insulting Lesson learned 1. Toyota's do not hold their value 2, Whitby Toyota does not give you top dollar for your trade in
