I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Caravan and it was so refreshing to realise that the advertisement I heard on the radio was the straight up truth and not a ploy to get me into the dealership. The line that hooked me was "Your price is the price of the vehicle plus GST, no fees." I'm pleased with the price and quality of the van and pleased with the professional service provided. We purchased our new Jeep Grand Cherokee over the phone with Ron Down, as we had seen the exact vehicle we wanted online and it was in-transit. The Jeep came in early, and we were able to pick it up shortly afterwards. Ron did a great job running through all of the features with us and was sure that we were happy before leaving the dealer! He was upfront, honest, and easy to deal with.

Ron was great he assured me that the used van I was buying was in good condition and that as long as oil changes and tier rotations were done at the dealership my engine was warranted for life. I have been looking for new 1/2 ton truck for a while. I knew that it had to have 4x4 and a crew cab. I had already test driven a Ford and a GMC. I called up the dealership got Jim and told him exactly what I was looking for. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste my time or his time trying to show me something that I didn't want. I knew pretty early on that I was going to buy a truck at Airdire Dodge. The price was great, the truck was exactly what I looking for. I committed to the truck on the spot but wanted one night to sleep on it. They said no problem. I woke up the next day and finalized the sale. Jen in the finance department was great. The paperwork was simple and painless. I couldn't believe how fast it was and how little there was to do. No hard press to up sell on anything at the end. I also loved the no fees. Nothing was tacked on after we had agreed on the price except GST. All in all it was a great experience. I'd recommend Jim and Jen at Airdrie Dodge to anyone. I love my new truck!

True to his word, when one came in I received an Email within hours. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I bought it that day.
