Everyone I dealt with at the dealership were friendly and courteous. Even those I did not deal with greeted me each time I entered the building. Hargun Singh was the sales representative I dealt with. He was extremely helpful with my purchase. He took the time to answer all my questions in a calm and soothing manner. He was not in any hurry or pushy in trying to make a sale, which is very comforting. In all, I literally spent almost 4 hrs there working with Hargun, Doris and Shawn. Both Doris and Shawn also took the time to look after my needs. I was given financing options, and the option to purchase extras, but was not pushed into buy anything I did not want. I dealt with each of the aforementioned, at some point in my visit, on a one-to-one basis and asked some of the same questions to which I was provided with the same answers, leaving me to assess they were dealing with me in a genuine and honest manner. I walked out that day with the vehicle I wanted and was very comfortable with the purchase price. They were very flexible with the time I required to pick up the vehicle. When picking up the vehicle, I was given a tour of the facility showing me all the services they provide should I require their assistance in the future. Upon leaving I was also give a nice gift package. I would highly recommend this dealership, whether you are purchasing, looking to purchase or require information on a purchase. Their service department is a joke. I left my Jeep SUV for a 7:30 am service appointment and they called at 2:00 pm to say it was ready. This was just an OIL change. Then they phoned several times during the day to try and up sale me on other service recommendations ( that would have totaled $ 1200.00). What a scam of a dealership. Six hours for an oil change. What a joke!

Had a fabulous experience with my first service for a Jeep I bought from them last November. Trent was just great and went, IMO, over and beyond and was so helpful, efficient as were his staff.
