Best experiece that I ever had with dealerships. Thanks to Larry Kuka exceptional sales individual. I have never experieced the service I got from Larry kuka & finance manager adwait. The knowledge that they have used unreal . He just made my experiece to trade in my vehicle so effortless & so much knowledge that they shared with me.. it was a great experience knowing that the information that u get is so REAL. The experience i had with a previous dealership for years was a total nightmare. I recommend Toyota from now on. Hyundai, never again 👎👎. My family members drive toyotas It's not the vehicles itself, its the service That I received at hyundai 👎👎 Thats why I changed, there has to be a good reason for me to leave another dealership being with them 10 years. But 5 years in mississauga & that was the worst. Now I've hung up my shoes, & NEVER turn back.

Larry Kuka was very professional to deal with and I would recommend him and the dealership. Pick-up process was smooth with staff taking time and effort to show us the new vehicle features.

My mom took her Toyota in for a free seasonal tire change (part of a dealership promo), and while she was there alone, they tried to upsell her on a $1,500 brake job and a $200 wheel alignment. The invoice claimed her brake pads were down to 2mm, and a mechanic even ran after her to push the service. When she got home, I inspected the brakes myself and then had a certified dealership mechanic (a trusted friend) take a look. He confirmed the pads were over 5mm with at least 30,000 km of life left. I also took photos to document the condition. This wasn’t a casual recommendation, it was a scare tactic based on false information. It’s especially concerning that they targeted someone who came in alone and isn’t familiar with car maintenance. When I left a review, they tried calling us afterward, which felt more like an attempt to pressure us into removing it than genuine customer service. If you plan to visit this dealership, always get a second opinion before agreeing to any major service. This experience showed me they prioritize sales over honesty.
