Super bad experience with Usman Malik at toyota Erin Park
Super bad experience with Usman Malik at toyota Erin Park toyota. Went to cancel a deal for Toyota grand highlander hybrid, Usman seems to be rude when I asked to cancel and explained the reason, Initially he denied to cancel since the sales person who booked the deal was not in dealership, later he also mentioned that if he want, he himself could be a problem in cancellation. I wonder how Toyota manages to get sales manager like this who really want to be a problem and not help customers. After some argument he was able to confirm cancellation. I never went to have such a bad exp. Highly discourage anyone to go at Erin Park toyota.

I’m sorry, but the issue was never about the cancellation—it was about the behavior of the sales manager. He threatened me at the dealership to be a problem in cancellation and then called my personal phone to threaten me again after reading my review. Furthermore, your response gives the impression that this kind of behavior is being condoned, which is deeply concerning.

Larry was very clear and helpful. He showed us a sample of the car we were looking to purchase. He then referred me to Alex in the Business Office who was not pushy in organizing the financial issues. G in car explanation/ education area was extremely good. He linked up our phones and spent time setting up the entertainment system. He was patient answering our questions.

We had an excellent experience with Duke in ErinPark Toyota during purchasing highlander. Duke was so professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs, provided helpful advice, solved all of our concerns and offered us a great deal. Thanks to Duke, he not just guided us through the entire process and explained every function and feature of the vehicle, he also arranged a trainer to help us setup digital system, save us much time to figure out on my own. Sherin Samson handled my case with care and took the time to explain the services required of my vehicle. While it was close to the end of the day, he still found the time to pencil in my service appointment which I appreciated. In addition to spending a considerable amount of time explaining the ins and outs of my vehicle, Sherin also demonstrated a breadth of vehicle knowledge. Regardless of who issued the warranty, the dealership is expected to provide professional advice and service without misleading or confusing the customer. After a disappointing experience at Erin Park Toyota, I took my vehicle to Dixie Toyota for repairs. They handled the repair promptly and professionally, highlighting a significant difference in customer service. Erin Park Toyota’s dishonesty left me extremely frustrated, and I intend to file a complaint with Toyota Canada’s head office.
