I have now purchased 2 vehicles from Erin Park over the past 4 months. Each and every person I dealt with was extremely pleasant and helpful and treated me with the utmost of respect. The experience at this dealership was way beyond any other dealership. Also, when I asked for advise on how best to do the purchase / lease, this was discussed, allowing me to ultimately be the decider once I had all the information. The care shown on delivery and willingness to chat after the sale and delivery are appreciated. I have been made to feel like a loyal customer and look forward to doing business with them in the future. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Erin Park to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. BTW, they sell great cars!

I have dealt with Larry on four leases over the past 16 years due to his excellent service and knowledge of the vehicles. Each time all went smoothly and always drove away satisfied!

Take car in for a repair on a Wed and get it back the following Tues. Along the way 1) no one ever calls to give you an update 2) when you call to get an update no one ever answers the service line phone and you have to leave a voicemail that sometimes gets you a response 3) parts to come next day, then next day, then from Vancouver and its on a truck and they have no idea when it might arrive 4) no offer of a complimentary car but will help arrange a rental at a 'good' rate 5) their manager is busy in meetings and not able to take a call or call you back. This for a customer of 25+ years and with most of the period with 2 cars.

I came in to the dealership several times to test drive a few different cars. Anna Pliszka was there for me every time. Eventually I decided to buy a vehicle from this dealership and it couldnt be any smoother.

I found the process of leasing the new vehicle to be well handled. Communication between us was excellent and helpful. The car was delivered within the promised timeline.
