Friendly and pleasant treatment when I approach during service of my car. Very helpful explaining the work done. Meeting the schedule of service and job done timely. Overall very very satisfied.

Mario has such a pleasing demeanor. His advice is always good . The differential coupling on my Rav-4 went bad. I thought it may be a wheel bearing but Mario told me over the phone what he suspected and it was spot on. He looked up the extended warranty on this issue for me, I was within the mileage but unfortunately over the time limit period. This is an example of how he tries to help his customers and support Toyota. We have been dealing with Mario for more than 10 years purchasing 3 vehicles from Erin Park only because of Mario.
