Relieved all my worries!!
Our 2016 Escape was totalled in an accident and after a month of dealing with the insurance company, I was feeling very frustrated and anxious. I had never dealt with this before. Once Ryan and Kristine heard of our plight, they took over the situation. Kristine had sold us our original Escape, which we loved, so she knew what we were looking for. Ryan dealt with the insurance co. to get us the best price for our totalled vehicle and helped to match that up with our new replacement vehicle. Within a day, all my concerns were gone. The personal touch was very heartfelt and I know they empathized with our loss. We just picked up our new vehicle and it is perfect!! I can never thank them enough for helping us through this traumatic situation and getting us back on the road.

I brought my car in on a recall. When I got my car back the horn on the steering wheel was not seated properly. I brought it in and noticed later, it still was not seated correctly. The third time I brought it in it was fixed within 15 minutes from the time I got there. Thanks for the quick service.

Fraser Ford is Awesome!
I am extremely happy with my new F150 and the entire experience at Fraser Ford! Both Kristine and Al are very knowledgeable, organized, and a pleasure to deal with! 11 hours to complete a service recall
It seems that my time was not valuable and I was not as important as other customers. No one seemed to care. My car was scheduled for 8 am, I got it back at 745pm.

Kristine Payne A+++++ Sales Person for your Vehicle purchase
Wanted to share a positive expericence with my Vehicle purchase with Fraser Ford. I had been in the market for a new car for the past 3 months and had less than satisfactory experience. Kristine on the other had at Fraser Ford in Oshawa was outstanding. I let her know what I was looking for and the budget and she worked out the car and pricing with in hours. Thanks to her now I have an amazing car that suits all my needs. She was prompt and kept me in the loop. The same week we closed the deal and I was able to pick up my beautiful car. I strongly recommend Kristine to anyone looking for a vehichle. It is difficult to find people that actually listen to what your needs are and fulfill them. Great Customer Service
Kristine was a great salesperson, enjoyed my buying experience. She was knowlegeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Took the time to explain things. If your looking for a great salesperson Kristine is the salesperson for you. Ryan was great at arranging my financing and explained my options for additional warranty. I highly recommend dealing with both these knowlegeable staff.
