I am very disappointed with the dealership , trying to get a service appointment , is so painful , talking through and call center is horrible . Already considering getting rid of the vehicle so I donāt have to deal at this dealership . I have several friends that have sold there VWs because of these problems .

I had my tires changed recently.
I had my tires changed recently. The staff there was careful about meeting my needs and providing me what I needed. It took awhile because they had to source a tire from outside the dealership to match the other ones but they were very communicative and helpful.
