I have always found them pleasant and eager to make their customers happy. However today was not the case. I believe that if you are selling a product you should stand by it and honour it. My fiat was not honoured today. I have two very serious safety problems gone wrong in my fiat. I bought extended warranty but because I'm over my mileage and not by much I might add. I was shut down. The dedication my family has purchasing chyrsler cars only from Peel and all the family and friends who buy chrysler cars. I was extremely disappointed with my visit.

After graduating from university I needed a car to use to go to work. I came into the dealership looking for a used car. I came with a long wish list that specified the car had to be grey/black, had to have, good gas mileage, a sunroof, heated seats, bluetooth, navigation, no older than 2010, less than 80,000km. On top of all of this, I needed the car in a 3 week time period. The sales representative Daevon Clarke faced the challenge of finding me the perfect car. He did just that! My used Ford has everything that I listed above! On top of that he was very patient with me and searched long and hard to get me what I wanted. Picking up my car was very easy. I'd say overall great service, quick turnaround and a great price! I got a car that was everything that I asked for!

This guy Bruno was amazing caring funny and his a singer too. He explained product financing and even called my wife and sang her a song. It was her birthday wow name and when I picked it up I finally saw he was right his a little guy ha ha ha he sounded like a man on the phone I mean big guy

I have just purchased a new truck from peel chrysler. I bought it from Bruno Derose. I have talked to 5 different dealerships and 5 different wanna be salesmen. I have never purchased a vehicle by phone in my life. I called and spoke to Bruno, we went over the product, the options, the pricing and finance terms. Not only did I buy a vehicle, I was entertained, sang to, and I was delivered from his mom's kitchen pasta delivered right to my door in Barrie. I just want to mention that my wife and I are chrysler employees at the brampton plant. I have never known the word customer service and I have bought many vehicles before. I just want to mention that elvis was the king of rock. Bruno you are definitely Mr. Customer service. Great job buddy.
