Went to Budds because Ernest works there. We have bought our previous 3 cars from him at different dealerships. So in our quest for a new vehicle we went back to Ernest. After going to about 7 other dealerships we ended up back at Budds and bought the vehicle we just love from the salesperson we love to deal with. Thanks Ernest!

Found the add for this car in auto trader and e-mailed to inquirer. Michele responded in seconds to my inquiry, and off I was to Oakville. When I got to their IMPRESSIVE dealership, I was promptly introduced to Ernest Shanly who set up the Astra for a test drive. During the test drive, there were a few concerns about the used vehicles performance . But all were addressed and corrected by delivery which included a new battery and brakes. The people at Budds ( formerly my Saturn dealer) are always SO easy to work with, Professional and Friendly in the extreme.. It is a no-stress experience with them, either buying , leasing or servicing my vehicles. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and do so all the time. I am on my 4th vehicle with them and we recently picked up a second vehicle from them. They always ALWAYS go above and beyond the call of duty. We are always greeted like family. The new dealership is very nice, welcoming and they make you feel right at home. I would trust them any time with my car buying needs. Hats off especially to Bill Coombe, Kat Flynn, Rob Powell and Bounsay Osylaphet for going SO far above and beyond.

HI all, Just want to share with others people my positive expirience with Budds' Chevrolet in Oakville Since i came in they did take care of me very well.During the "dealing time" to the end I did not have any problem to contact them or get some info/answer for my question.And the most important thing is I got best deal i could have for my chevy silverado truck :) Overall -I will recomend this guys to anybody who looking for a new chevy car. My overall experience with budds Chevrolet was great the price was right and the friendliness of the employees is awesome I would definitely suggest the dealership to friends.

I would not let this one experience stop me from returning, because I have always had good service, but I was a little disappointed with the attitude I received from the Service Clerk this time. On the way out I ran into Shane the mechanic who had worked on my vehicle about a month earlier and he was, as usual, very nice. I let him know of my disappointment and he advised me to see him next time if I needed assistance with what I had discussed with Caitlin, which I will do. I do not need to go to the dealership for service, but felt it was convenient, not cheap by any means, but I do expect good customer service. I have been in the customer service fied, most of my career and do not feel the attitude was warranted.

There was no line-up at the service counter. Their courtesy driver took me where I had to go. They called as promised with a price and recommendation for the service needed. Since it was going to take longer than expected, they arranged a courtesy car for me to drive. My car was finished by the end of the day and at the price quoted.
