AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!

AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! Precision offered no support to an older single woman, for my out-of-pockets costs of $4000 when my factory-faulty motor blew! Hyundai motors was great, but Precision abandoned me!! I bought my vehicle there 5 years ago, have inpecable service records all done there! It seems they only like when you are giving them money!

Precision Hyundai has always given me the best service,

Precision Hyundai has always given me the best service, friendly staff accommodating. It’s almost like family!!!! anything I’ve ever had a problem with , its taken care of immediately.thank you to all the staff and friends I have made through the years. You guys are all wonderful and amazing team and I definitely will look forward to dealing here in the future.Also extra Thanks to Chanteoun for always making the process go smoothly she is an asset to the company. I have been a customer since 2008 and have two Hyundai

I have been a customer since 2008 and have two Hyundai vehicles. I have always taken both vehicles in for maintenance and always been treated fairly. This dealership has good people working for them.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. First time Hyundai owner- booked an appointment for a level 1 service. Took over 2 hours and they claimed I chose level 3 service which is wrong. Charged me over $400 more than level 1. Was supposed to get a free car wash but never did. Be warned - this place will do work you don’t need.
