Another great service appointment as always. Service was done in a resonable time. The waiting area is comfortable and all the people i dealt with were polite and friendly.

service staff have no idea what my scheduled maintenance/service entails , they ask me ....how should I know. mechanic that perform the service do not go the extra inch to foresee future problems , no added value in service. bought this to the attention of the manager, sean robinson, and I told him tat I have some suggestions to improve his service and staff . he asked me to leave and told me to shop elsewhere, he had my car pulled out and gave me the key ! so now I shop elsewhere and do not recommend this precision hyundai of calgary to anyone. horrible manager unwilling to negotiate or listen to customers.

A true testament of misogynistic sexist car dealers. Walking into the dealership I was introduced to a salesman. On his desk was multiple oversized containers of protein powder, and pictures of Rocky hanging in the cubicle. I did still love the car and wanted to purchase it. However, when there was a miscommunication about my trade in and we disagreed... I was treated poorly. I was referred to as "Dear" in such a condescending manner that one point I asked him to stop, and call me by my name. I had to ask the sales person to lower his voice to me in addition. I did get my deposit back, that I will say was very honest and respectful. I did, however, have to bring a man in with me to get it returned... Credit where its due. Both the used sales manager and associate were completely disrespectful, but Billy the Finance manager was extremely professional and helpful.

Paige provided superior customer service. I was able to leave the same day with a brand new vehicle. Overall, my experience was seamless and I will be recommending Paige to friends/family moving forward.

The salesman Tod was respectful and answered all my questions and worked at getting me a fair deal . Omar the sales manger listened to my concerns and was receptive to my wishes. Felt like it was important for them to make me happy. Last of all they made it clear that I could come back to them if I had any problems. Would buy another vehicle from them.

Staff is courteous and happy. Service was on time and explained in detail. The wait time given to me was on point. And my vehicle was cleaned, always a bonus.
