We did a lot of research at GM as well as competitor dealerships before deciding on the used vehicle we wanted to purchase. Just to be thorough. The reason I went with HMP was the entire team especially the service department. I was already sold on the customer service, having our vehicles maintained at this dealership for the past three decades. I dealt with Dan Brannon by email, phone and in person; his email correspondence was always prompt and courteous. Full of helpful information without the slightest hint of pressure. When I met Dan in person; he did not disappoint. He was just as friendly and helpful as he was in his emails. I was totally comfortable with everything. He made the process very easy, explaining many alternatives. Dan totally shows "customer appreciation". I must also say a few words about Matt Ehgoetz from finance/sales. I came expecting and prepared for the extras sales pitch. I was pleased to find that he thoroughly explained my options and left me to make my own decisions. Thank you HMP. This was not my first dealing with HMP I know it won't be the last time. I can never speak enough about the HMP dealership. Their customer service is always top notch and the staff is always welcoming, accommodating and friendly. We have bought a couple of vehicles from there and always get our vehicles serviced there. We will always continue to go to this dealership because we’ve always had such a wonderful experience every time. We recently purchased a new vehicle from Braden Erb and he was amazing. He was very informative about the vehicles, always open for questions and thoroughly went through any details we needed to know about purchasing as well as the functions of our new vehicle.

I am young and purchased my first new vehicle. I had a great experience at HMP Exeter. They provided me with all of the information I needed and gave me a student discount that I didn’t even know about. The dealership was very clean and spacious. The staff there is excellent and they are all extrememly friendly. I was not rushed or pressured into anything. Tim and Susan made my first car buying experience an excellent one.

The entire staff at HMP was outstanding. They were extremely friendly and I never felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. I got a great deal on a new truck and will continue to make the drive from London to deal with them on any future purchases.
