Went in to discuss options about purchasing a new vehicle. We asked Chuck our sales rep some questions. He answered them all in kind response and gave us lots of information on the truck we wanted to purhase. He didnt push the vehicle on us, when we were done our meeting he gave us his card and let us go on our way. Very respectful and friendly to talk too. The next day we went back and purchased our new truck. We then talked to Susan in their financial department, she was also very freindly and easy to talk too.

I have dealt with Justin Parker on my last 3 vehicle purchased over the last couple of years, he is an absolute beauty to deal with and always as fair as possible on price. He takes his time and always give multiple options to go with. Although we were very satisfied with the repair services we received from HMP for our old Sierra pickup truck, we were equally impressed when we decided to buy a new vehicle from the Dealership. Our sales rep took the extra time needed to let us explore our options without any pressure to make a decision. Afterwards the Business Manager worked hard to make sure we were looked after with the fine details. All in all a very positive experience.
