We walked into the showroom just to browse and not to buy a new car on that day, however, the product knowledge and professional approach of a sales person convinced us that we were making a good choice of buying a Venza model 2015. It was Mr. Irfan Shaikh who happened to be our great sales person. He not only guided us to select one of the best cars available in the market but also pointed out the cost effectiveness and quality of the product. He took time to listen to the needs of our family of four and helped us with the purchase of our next car. He impressed us by his thorough knowledge, professionalism, and salesmanship. He made us all feel that we are welcome anytime to the showroom. We would recommend to anyone that he can be relied upon for his product knowledge, best service, and courteousness. The next person who stands out in the crowd as a leader is Mr. Jure Rossini who has the knack of closing any deal. In spite of his busy schedule he took the time to listen to Mr. Irfan Shaikh’s explanations for giving us a good deal. His friendly and professional approach is commendable. Then comes Ms. Alice Lake who crunched the numbers to make Toyota profitable, as well as, making us feel that we have received a good deal. She has the knack of adding essential items not usually included in the regular price. She has kept up with all her promises. Last but not least, Mr. Matt Treacy’s polite and friendly manner reflected the effectiveness of the entire team in the showroom. What a wonderful experience!

I came in with my 3 year old son for an oil change. Anastasia took care of me right away. She even gave my son a teddy bear and crayons to keep him entertained while we waited. I basically got to the cafeteria and sat down and I got a call that my car was ready. Russell took care of the paperwork and I was out of there in 30 minutes with a happy child! Very efficient service!

Jason Banwell is not just an excellent sales person. I traded in a Lexus E330 and bought a CorollaS model. He was very patient with me, (an 82 year old man), and went through the various features specially the software that came with it. I went to see him several times after I took delivery from him. He gave me his undivided attention when I met him after he gave me an appointment and explained what I was confused with. I think he is the best salesman that I have come across. He was so enthusiastic even though he knew that the sales was over and he would not make any more money for him and his company!!!. We purchased our car over the phone as we do not live in Toronto. Justin and Chris went about and beyond to make sure we got a great deal on the car. Ali was very good dealing with the financing over the phone. When we arrived to pick up our car they were very helpful. The attention given to explain the features of the car by Justin was excellent. First class customer service by all.
