Very patient and intelligent salesman

When buying our Toyota Highlander Peter was very informative and helpful in finding us the perfect car for our family. He has a very soft and kind character and is very approachable to customers. I overall really enjoyed his service. Thank you Peter for the friendly environment and co-operation.

Horrible !Zero star if possible...

Horrible experience!!! I was at Toyota On the Park in May to test drive pre-owned 2014-2015 RAV4s and Venzas. Unfortunately, I was assigned to Mike. After waiting for about 15-20 mins, I asked the receptionist for him as I had another appointment in an hour. Finally, Mike showed up with a smug look on his face. Not only did he not apologize, he had the gall asked me to wait further as he was finishing up with another client (not sure why the recep assigned me to him if he was busy). Then, I waited for another 10-15 mins (that was already half an hour of waiting by then), before I went to the receptionist to ask for another sales agent as I didn`t want to be late for my other appointment. At that point, the manager dropped by and assigned me to another sales person. He too did not apologize but merely stated they were busy that day. Then, I had to wait for another 10-15 mins before I decided to walk out and never again return to this arrogant dealership. They forgot that I can choose to buy from other dealerships (which I did) and share my horrible experience with other unsuspecting customers! I would rate this place zero star if I could! If that's how they treat their customers before sales, you can imagine how bad their after sales service would be! RUN, not walk away from this place!

GOOD . FILFULL MY REQUIREMENT

OVERALL . THE SALEMEN ( JACKSHADEKEJIANG AND ALIF BUDHWANI ) WERE NICE & TRY VERY HARD TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM . ALSO THEY TRY THEIR BEST TO GIVE ADVISES & ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION AS WELL. BY THE WAY , A LITTLE CONFUSION WHEN WORKING WITH ALI NIKPOUR , ON MY INSURANCE AGENTS. ANYWAY PROBLEM SOLVED BY CONTACTS MY AGENTS MANY TIMES . ALSO I GIVE THE EMAIL OF MY INSURANCE BROKER TO ALI NIKPOUR AND HE DIDN'T TOOK IT . I DIDN'T GET ALI NIPOUR SAID A STAFF MIGHT ASK INFORMATION (CAR INSURANCE) AGENTS ) . THAN ,THE CONFUSION WAS YOUR STAFF CHESLSEA ROMAN DID'T MENTION ALI NIKPOUR & ASK ME FOR INFORMATION . I JUST WONDER , THE OTHER STAFF FROM TOYOTA ON THE PARK ASKING ME INFORMATION TO BUY ( ANOTHER ) CAR . I DON'T WANT TO GIVE INFORMATION THAT NOT RELATED ( KNOWN PERSON ) STAFF FOR BUYING CAR AS THE RESULT I WERE BUYING TWO CAR. OVERALL , SELLING PRICE IS GOOD , BUT AFTER THE OVERALL ( ON THE WHOLE ) PRICE WITH GOVERNMENT TAX , FEES , ANTI THEIF , ANTI RUST , EXTENED WARRANTIES . ETC.......COME OUT LITTLE SURPRISE OF OVER BUDGET.

Great and helpful Mr. Peter D'Costa

Got my RAV4 with the helpful Mr. Peter D'Costa. He gave me insight on how I can get the best of the deal the dealer can offer and throw me bunch of freebies that makes me happy customer and for sure I will be a repeat buyer. Going to recommend him to my peers for his extra mile in extending assistance on my needs. Guys at toyota on the park from Receptionist, Sales, Finance and Service, Keep up the Good Work!

Very professional and decent Sales Rep and Dealer

This is my second Toyota car but first with this dealer and I am very pleased with how our negotiation went. Alif Budhwani, the Sales Rep was very forthcoming and pleasant to deal with. I knew he wanted to make a sale but he made sure I have the right information and options for me to make the decision which I really appreciate. Just as I was patient he was likewise patient with me. He was highly recommended by a friend and truly it was worth driving all the way from the west to go to Toronto On The Park.

Dealer Service

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with, They really treat you royally. The Sales staff is knowledgeable and very eager to please you and make you feel welcome. They make you feel as you are one of the family. Also the service department is a treat to deal with they don't try to sell you parts you don't really require. I would rate them as number one.
