Right now, I am not happy because I live in the north
Right now, I am not happy because I live in the north and cannot just bring my truck when I have issues. I was very specific when I dropped the truck off that I needed this fixed because I drive there once a year. I told the service I need this fixed while I was in Edmonton. When I got my truck back the issue I have with my truck was not fixed. Service was great but NO ONE called to make sure they even were fixing the problem. They said I needed"new" rubber but that is not causing issues at all. The person who checked me couldn't even tell it was fixed, she just read what I can read myself on the report. It was more like she just wanted to get rid of me.

Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. We have an appointment at 1:00 pm to pick up the car we bought. It took an hour without any one helped us. I asked for another person, still we waited in vain. What’s the point of an appointment if they let you wait? They put extra hidden charges. Don’t go here.
