Customer service was top notch.

Customer service was top notch. Jack Ammar was excellent in helping me get the vehicle I wanted. He is very personable and an outstanding salesman. He went beyond the call of duty to help me with my new Trax. I would highly recommend Jack and Sherwood Park Chevrolet to any of my friends and family. They go out of their way to provide the highest customer service possible. The follow up after I purchased my vehicle was also excellent to ensure I didn't have any questions or concerns about it. Jack has sold vehicles to other family members and they suggested I contact him. I am glad I did!

Would not buy another vehicle from here.

Would not buy another vehicle from here. Bought a brand new 2024 Silverado 1500 RST with the 3.0 Duramax. The truck made it to 5041km and now needs motor work. I called this dealership because I no longer want the truck. The person I called did not even want to talk to me. He couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I have sent emails to the top people at this dealership but have had no response. This dealership just wants your money, and they could care less about you afterwards. They do not value customer loyalty at all.

Brendan worked hard to find the exact model I was looking

Brendan worked hard to find the exact model I was looking for. It took some serious leg work and he made it happen for the price he stated on our initial conversation. I expect that he took on some extra work but he persevered and made it happen.

I came back to this dealership from Spruce grove, because

I came back to this dealership from Spruce grove, because my first experience buying a new truck was quite seamless albeit I did it through fleet services. This was a bit of a different a nd disappointing experience. Nice salesman found a used ford lariat truck that had just came in that fit the bill. They had to do the vehicle inspections etc and a few fix ups, so we had to wait a week. Very slow on a Saturday doing a purchase but understandable I guess. Driving home the tire pressure sensors went off. We called on Monday to book appointment to fix (under their 5000 km warrantee that we had included with purchase) and then the check engine light went off. End all be all they had to keep our vehicle for 3 plus weeks before we could get it back, no part. I just found communication could have been a lot better , it seems once paid our priority dropped drastically. And when we asked to have the warranty extended for the 3 weeks to cover the time they had the vehicle. it seemed like a struggle. Just think service could have been much better But thanks to Jen in service for helping as much as she could.

We dealt with Larry Rozumniak who was helping to look for

We dealt with Larry Rozumniak who was helping to look for a vehicle for us. Originally we had dropped off my Buick Enclave to have some work done. While waiting for our vehicle, we met Larry. My husband told him that we were also looking for an older Chev/GM diesel and gave him all of the criteria for said diesel. We returned home, NE of Calgary and my husband and he continued speaking with each other . Larry was very helpful finding many trucks and asked my husband to give him a $500 retainer of sorts to continue to look. So we did. He also said no problem if it didn't work out, we would get our retainer back , no questions. My husband communicated to Larry that we were going to continue to look for trucks in our area. Larry was fully aware. We did find the perfect truck, for us. My husband messaged Larry to thank him for his time and diligence but that we had found a truck and would like our retainer back. His message to my husband was Buyers are Liars!! Real classy Larry, such a professional. My advice to anyone looking for a vehicle, stay away from Larry. I have a large family, most of whom live in or around Sherwood Park. I will definitely telling them about Sherwood Park Chevrolet
