Parts Section. If you guys will buy here just FYI the parts guys have no idea about the parts and will never disclose if the item your buying is returnable or not. although it says in the receipt. "All return parts must be in original package within 10 days accompannied by the invoice return goods subject to 25% restocking charge no return on electrical & special order parts" I bought 2 jags of Power Steering Fuild, I told the parts guy with the beard his the only one, the year and model of the car, if he knows what he's doing then he should have said that it does not need power steering fluid unless he just want to make a sale. Canadian Tire guys are better than him they will tell you if you need it or not some are know about the car but working in Toyota Delaership does not know car parts hmmm. I know it's not much but $21 is still $21. So if you guys out there wants to buy from them make the initiative your self to ask what is the return policy as they will not disclose it. Also just want to say it was not even the original Toyota power steering fluid the guy only sold me Mobil 1 ATF4 he said there is no original toyota power steering fluid he said. I would take these as bad experience from Toyota Dealership.

We bought 2022 Toyota corrola hybrid- we will never buy there again staff is friendly but they didn't provide any discount. The car cost was around $36 990.72 we paid full upfront cash plus bought the 4 years warranty! No mercy at this place when it comes to discount other than one standard oil change. What a shame for no courtesy of even rounding the numbers for such a big purchase!

Just bought a 2013 RAV4 from Scarborough Toyota. Picked Lito as the Sales person because of the reviews here and Ii was not disappointed. He is friendly, patient and knowledgeable. No pressure just honest and straightforward. The dealership was also well organized and did what they said they would do punctually.

Not a very honest salesman, says what he needs to say to try to get the transaction Advised that he could have a car ordered and arrived at his dealership within 90 days guaranteed, however have been advised by his colleagues and other dealerships that there is no such "guarantee" when there is no stock of that car across the province. I was told by colleagues/other dealerships that it is impossible for him to "guarantee" what is going on at the production line, for that certain specification of the car to be available Some other sleezy salesman tactics: - Told the customer at the beginning that he had inventory of a car. But then in the middle of writing up the purchase order after customer had spent 3 hours at his desk, he apparently "just had the car sold" and now no longer available - Left the customer multiple times during trade-in appraisal to pretend that there was discussion between him and back office about appraisal. But in reality, saw and tracked him go to the washroom and talk to other colleagues, and then come back saying "he had discussed with management" and unable to change appraisal value

My husband and I have acquired approximately seven cars through Pauline within the last 15 years and have always been happy. She has always seen to it that we have been given good care and satisfaction. Would we deal with her again? Of course!
