My vehicle was posted on Kijiji and Taylor reached out to take a look at it so that they may purchase it. Jesse the “used sales manager” was in contact on Saturday with an offer and I informed him i wanted only my asking price for it. Jesse informed me he would text me/call within the end of the day saturday, all sounded great from there but I was left with no email or text that saturday. I sent an email Monday morning and he informed me he was still working out the numbers and getting in contact with the dealership that wanted my vehicle, it is now Wednesday and I had to send ANOTHER email asking what is going on. Finally, i get a reply saying and I QUOTE “ Hey Alexis, Sorry for the delay! I have yet to manage to re secure that money. I’m sorry I am out”. Absolutely had no communication or even sent me an email to let me know they have decided to back out. I missed out on potential buyers while waiting on Jesse. My family and I are very well known in this industry and cannot believe the type of communication and care that was givin throughout this whole situation. Taylor was overall super great.

One simple email inquiry about a car led to seven harassing, aggressive texts, calls and emails trying to sell me----in one day. When I said STOP and blocked, They used an alternate number. It took telling them I was calling police call to make them stop.

Our salesperson Noah Salcedo was very informative and helpful.
