Mark Allen cares about his customers and ensures they are taken care of by hiring great staff. I will not use another dealership. They always treat me with respect and listen to what my needs are. If I have had an issue, the experience manager has stepped in to remedy the issue. Mark Allen puts action behind what he says and I appreciate his integrity.

The first time I took my car into them, June 10th made appointment had it there by 9:00 AM .was told the tech didn’t have time to look at my car. Very upset ,that I had to drive there so early, and then was told it would not be looked at that day. So I made another appointment for June 24th and we took it in Monday evening (June22 ) so there was no issue with time . And then was told they didn’t find anything wrong , so I took my car home !

Chance, the salesman and Jackson, the manager were both very helpful and accommodating. Chance worked very hard at getting us a car that would fit our family and lifestyle. This is the 2nd car I’ve purchased from Mark Allen in Collinsville and I highly recommend them!

This is the only place I want to take my truck for any kind of service. Years ago people always said don't take your car to a dealership for service it's too expensive but I have a good peace of mind when I leave and to me that's worth the money

We had a wonderful experience with the salesman Brian. He did everything he said he would. He let us know if he didn't know something instead of leading us astray. He found a truck that we asked for for the price range we asked . It was a done deal then. I am super happy with it and have driven it 2000+ miles on it already.

Customer Service is top notch. I will return for sure. The difference in kindness, caring attitudes is 180 from the Gkenpool location. I will bring my Chevy to the GMC location, no doubt

I definitely had a less than desirable experience on this particular repair. From being told that a loaner being available was not how they schedule service, having a coupon from my last oil change that I was told was for my next service…which should have been this one…, all the way to approving an estimated repair of $402, then being told my total was $535. The cashier was very rude about it, however, they did fix my total and I paid $402 in the end. But for Mark Allan to say that women should feel comfortable coming to their shop. I think he would be very surprised at the way women are treated.
