The dealership over all has been great with one exception. When we purchased our vehicle we purchased a lifetime warranty through the dealership. When my wife took our car in for a recall and to repair a light that had fallen out of the mirror she was charged over a $100.00 for that service. After she left I called the dealership and asked why she was charged the gentleman I talked to said he would check on it and call me back. It’s been 4 days with no return call.

I've been hearing about Mark Allen and how friendly the staff is, and it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife got the truck she wanted, and so far they have been helpful, very pleasant, knowledgeable, and I think we made a good deal.

Every person from Scheduling (Alexis) through payment (Tracy) was top notch. Their automation used for Service is impressive, too. Kept me informed throughout the quick and efficient process. I left there feeling like a valued customer. I highly recommend this Mark Allen dealership.

Awesome service!! Keep doing what you are doing. Nick (service writer) and Jr ( diesel mechanic) are both great. Plus the place is very clean inside, the lady that does the cleaning in the mornings does a great job.
