It is a pleasure to drive into the service bay and always be greeted by a smile and warm welcome. The staff here at MA Buick GMC is the absolute best. The cleanliness of the waiting area, the women's restroom and the entire showroom is always at 100%. My vehicle is serviced and returned to me with all the systems reset, and active, there is no trace of a "greasy garage" left on or in the vehicle. I am so happy to have this full service dealership here in Collinsville.

Experienced a substantial delay in my oil change and alignment this time. The almost 3 hour wait was unusual for them. The service person said it was due to a frozen bolt…but I can only compare the wait time to how long it usually take. But I’ll be back.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. They allegedly topped off all the fluids. The wiper fluid was still empty and my check engine light was on. Disappointed to say the least.
