I had the easiest car purchase experience of my whole
I had the easiest car purchase experience of my whole life at Dallas Drive! I'd been shopping online for a SUV with specific features and it just so happened that the one I was most interested in was at this dealer so I went down to check it out. Lawand processed the transaction very quickly and the experience was very relaxed and friendly, and I was impressed with the well kept facility. Because the car had just arrived in his inventory, with a chip in the windshield, he'd had the glass replaced that day but the rearview mirror hadn't been replaced, so I had to wait a bit for that. But right after completing the purchase, since I'd driven myself there in a borrowed car, he offered to deliver it to my house that evening after getting a fresh oil change. Great experience!

Was interested in buying a used Merc and inquired via email and phone. No reply. Asked a question specifically about the vehicle and was told “(sales) will call you back”… no response. Decided to go ahead and buy elsewhere.

Think Twice
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but wanted to share my experience so hopefully you can avoid what happened to me. I had been talking to Zain about one of their vehicles for about a week to schedule a test drive. After calling the morning of to confirm the vehicle was available and that I would be there in 2 hours, my husband and I loaded up our baby and drove from N Fort Worth to Mesquite only to be told that the car had been “taken to the shop for an oil change and maintenance” and would not be available until that evening (it was 11:00 a.m.) I explained that I lived far away and that I had a baby to workaround and asked if it would be possible for someone to meet me even 1/2 way to test drive the car. I was told that they were short-handed and couldn’t guarantee that, but that I could call the day of and see if maybe someone could. They did offer to take additional pictures of the car and do a video call while they test drove the car for me, and that I could purchase the car and they would deliver it to my home. The logic of them not being able to meet me so I can test drive the car, but they magically have someone available to deliver the car AFTER I purchase the car, sight unseen, just felt wrong. As I said before, everything could’ve been on the up and up and everyone there was very polite, but we spent 3 hours round trip on the road specifically for me to test drive that car, and I contacted them beforehand to confirm the cars availability only to have it not there when we arrived. I had hoped for a better experience from a company that has so many high ratings.

BUYER BEWARE
DO NOT TRUST RAY OR NIMER!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a 2014 Audi RS on July 6th. Dealer kept giving me the run around and didn’t ship car until August 6th. Car arrived August 8th with a ton of issues. I was told car was in mint condition and only needed a headlight fixed and a tire sensor fixed, which they were supposed to do and DID NOT. Car still has headlight issues, crappy paint all over, burnt stained windows, front end feels like it’s about to fall out of it, mix matched center caps, missing parts on front end, key looks like it has been drug through the bottom of a lake. I called the dealer to ask why it’s taking so long because I felt like they were trying to screw me and in fact they are trying to screw me. We are taking legal action against Dallas Drive unless they make it right and buy back the car. Definitely WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS with these guys. Car is grossly misrepresented and they are out to screw the customers. It is sad that they were NOT upfront about this car and now we are going to have to go through litigation to resolve the issues of them trying to screw of a customer. UPDATE!!! -All 4 rims are bent -Adaptive Light warning will not stop coming on -Right headlight does NOT work -Volume knob for radio does NOT work properly -Fog lights do NOT work Called my salesman Ray and left two messages with no return call Called store and spoke with Amir and said he was going to discuss with owner and call back around 2. No return call so I called store at 6 and had to call 10 times back to back to even get someone to answer the phone. They were screening the calls because when Amir answered he didn’t even say hello he knew it was me. Keep in mind I waited over 4 weeks for delivery of the car so they could “FIX” the headlight issue that still remains. Only been able to drive the car twice since it was delivered. First time it felt like the wheels were going to fall off. Come to find out ALL 4 rims are bent. Had that repaired for $580. Then the second time the headlight does NOT work. This entire interaction with DALLAS DRIVE has been pitiful to say the least. Still waitin the missing air dam piece that supposedly fell off in transit. They are telling me they ordered it from Germany. I will continue to update this review until DALLAS DRIVE makes right all the wrongs. UPDATE 09/23/22 Headlight that took them 4 weeks to “fix” now has to be replaced. Took it to a body shop to see what the issue was and cone to find out DALLAS DRIVE completely rigged up the headlight. They attempted to silicone the headlight ballast in. Lots of existing water damage to the headlight and the wiring harness. Repairs are around $4000-5000 just to repair all the stuff they told me they were fixing and took them 4 weeks to dekiver the vehicle. RAY will not return text or phone call. Nimer continues to lie and will not return phone call. They have given me the run around from day one. These people are crooks and are completely unreliable and you CAN NOT believe ANYTHING they say. BUYER BEWARE!!! Please don’t let these people lie and steal from you and your family. This has been going on for months! Can’t get anyone to stand up and fix what they should of fixed from the beginning. Very poor customer service and extremely poor example of a car. This store needs legal action brought against them so this doesn’t happen to the next person. I will continue to update this review as the repairs have to be completed. Keep in mind I’ve only driven the car twice with continuous issues that has kept the car in the shop sunce the day I got it.

I started my search initially looking to buy a Land Rover. My husband found an Infiniti EX35 at Dallas Drive. I called to set up a time to view the vehicle and Nimer was very helpful. He met us with a smile😊 He was very accommodating during the entire process. If you are looking to buy please visit Nimer at Dallas Drive in Mesquite, Texas. You won’t regret it!
