Kellie and Sean were absolutely amazing regards to our process and needs. We went to Holiday Budget auto just to browse and ended up buying a vehicle. The staff was amazing, extremely caring and informative. The staff also watched over my son to make sure he was also getting taken care of. I truly enjoyed and will definitely be shopping there again.

My wife and I have been in search of vehicle with no luck do to credit. Sean and Jason did everything possible to get us into the car we wanted with the lowest interest rate we've ever been presented with. John Barber made the entire experience much more relaxing than i am accustomed to. He thoroughly explained every single detail and made sure I did not leave with questions as John had all the answers. If he did not he had them in a jiffy. Go to John, you won't be disappointed.

While I appreciated the support from Brian as we were evaluating cars, I was disappointed in the lack of going over vehicle and its features before leaving the dealership. I have never had that experience after purchasing a vehicle before. Maybe this was COVID related, but if so, even that was not acknowledged, so it leaves me wondering whether it is normal practice for this dealer.

Love the car but when I was leaving I asked for the 2nd keys and he says there are none It will cost me $500 at a Audi dealer or another set
