⚠️ Public Warning about Land Rover Paramus ⚠️ I’m sharing my experience so no one else has to go through the same thing. Land Rover Paramus advertises warranties and services they do NOT honor. I feel completely misled by the way they handled my vehicle and my case. Not only were my concerns ignored from the beginning, but it also seems their staff is trained to say “everything is fine” even when the car clearly isn’t. 📌 A customer may not be a mechanic, but they drive their car every day — we know when something is wrong. From day one, I spoke up, and no one listened. Now, I am taking my case to Bergenline Court, because I genuinely believe this is not just a mistake — it’s a lack of respect and professionalism. After this experience, I would NOT recommend buying or servicing a vehicle at Land Rover Paramus. When someone invests in a brand like Land Rover, they expect quality, responsibility, and honesty — not excuses, lies, and a damaged car.

I am very adamant about decisions on huge investments

I am very adamant about decisions on huge investments and how I am treated when I walk into a dealership. When I walked into this location, I was very comfortable as soon as I walked in immediately greeted by individuals at the Recptionist desk. I was introduced to Yasmene Alawi thereafter. She was very patient as I asked an array of questions to help me determine what actions I wanted to take pertaining to this vehicle. Yasmene was also very knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the vehicle. She also engaged the appropriate colleagues to assist and promptly. Because of her , I decided not to shop elsewhere. I initially was going to compare other Land Rover dealerships, Porsche and Mercedes. From a scale of 1-10, I would rate Yasmene a 10! 10 being the best rating!! I made a decision in a very short period of time to purchase the vehicle which is a 2025 Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE PHEV.(Triple Black). I am so happy with the vehicle, it's features, comfort, style and so much more. I just want to drive it everyday!!

Brenden was an absolute professional assisting me with my

Brenden was an absolute professional assisting me with my new Defender. The dealership was very clean and welcoming. I'm going to keep going back. I work for the headquarters in Mahwah. I also work for the Alpine Government patrolling the parkway for the police department. I am going to love off-roading down the hidden trails in my new machine.

I purchased two vehicles the same day at this dealership

I purchased two vehicles the same day at this dealership November21 2024. One of the vehicles I have had nothing but issues with. Under directions of Pramamus RR I brought the vehicle to my local dealership for repairs. I have now had the vehicle into the dealership to be repaired several times. A few of the issues have been repaired. However the there is a modular in the driver's door that's needs to be repaired and Ranger Rover refuse to pay to fix the issue. The modular effects the blind spot worning and the HVAV on the driver's side of the vehicle. My local dealership reached out to Pramus RR service department for more information on the vehicle the response the received is as follows "we have no information on this vehicle. It was a returned lease. All we did was put an inspection sticker on the vehicle" the Pramus RR dealer NEVER PERDORMED THE 300 PLUS INSPECTION PRIOR TO DELIVERINF THE VEHICLE TO ME! I open a case with Range Rover HQ and they where absolutely useless! They messed me around for several weeks. I have reached out to Paramus RR several times and all is get is I will get back to on this or I leave a voice mail and no every gets back to me. Stear clear of this dealership at all costs they will not do the right think.
