The overall experience was great - I loved the beverage
The overall experience was great - I loved the beverage selection and the waiting room was wonderful. The bathroom was scrupulously clean too. The only reason I didn't give a 5 overall was the wait was a little long but getting good service is most important and worth a little waiting ??

They did not accept that we had decided not to put on new
They did not accept that we had decided not to put on new tires, and continue to pester about that. They had no tips on why the updated maps in our car often cannot reach the internet, thus rendering the maps useless. Sometimes when we load maps at home, they still give outdated directions. Sad.
