Timeless Motorcars

We asked and received a car fax. Ran our own car fax and continued to run them right up to when we bought our ticket to fly out to get the car. Asked specifically if the car's accident that was reported has any structural damage. I have text showing the manager of Timeless Motorcars telling us that in no way does it have any structural damage. He stated they do not even sell those kinds of cars! Checking the car fax again before flying out and they have added possible structural damage reported. Our experience has been very dishonest dealership. Do not trust them.

I was looking for a used truck and found one here that I was interested in. I put money down to hold it until I could get there since I was out of state. However once I saw the truck it was not really what I was looking for. No fault of the dealership. They honored their contract and refunded my down payment. Although they didn't have any other vehicles that I was interested in, I would highly recommend them for your next used car or truck purchase!

They gave me the best deal possible and without a problem expliain how they where working though the pandemic and they told me they had short staff and they where doing everything possible to stay safe and make the customer the safest transaction possible, thanks David for your time I will definitely recommend you.

Called about a specific vehicle. Was promised a carfax report...NEVER GOT IT! Fast forward a week they send me a text offering a test drive...on a car they sold the day before. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Wanted to purchase a 2017 Jaguar XF. I had a certain amount of money to spend and a trade in that was a little under water. I am high risk for Covid 19 and did not want to sit in a dealership for hours negotiating. I sent an e mail to the dealership and explained my trade in and made a cash offer. I just wanted to know if we were close. I received a rude reply from David telling me this is not how they do business and how can I expect his dealership to pay off my debt without running a credit check to see if I could afford the car. I was paying cash and no credit check should have been needed. That car was my first choice but I will not be purchasing from them. I contacted 2 other dealers and was given out the door prices at both places with no problem

Dealership seemed reputable for a small used car lot, but I would avoid David at all costs. Unprofessional, rude and condescending. Better off buying from a dealer with professionals

Ahmad was great when I was first looking at the car n finally got it. 2 days after discovering faults in the car, the bs began. Would not recommend it to anyone! Sh** dealership with crappy vehicles

Although I didn’t make a purchase, Ahmad was extremely helpful. He was very responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will also consider them for future purchases.
