Poor service and a very dirty car at turn over. The dirty condition was both inside and ouside.

We walked in off the street without an appointment and the greeters met us, accommodated for us, and a few hours later we drove away in our new car!

Our salesperson, Jose, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and competent. The service department had not cleaned the car before we picked it up and Jose made sure it was clean inside and out, including the tires and a spot on the fender. I was disappointed in the service department but happy with the outcome overall.

The dealership was great, but the pricing is what’s got me annoyed. After the purchase and doing some research and trying to secure a refinance found out that the vehicle was priced double what it should be. A little irritated.

Our salesperson listened to us, showed us cars that were in our budget, wants and needs. He was knowledgeable , patient and understanding and did not make us feel rushed or pushed into a decision.

Everything was done quickly and easily. After several months of looking at your inventory, we finally saw the car we thought we wanted in Puyallup. You transferred it, we came out and test drove it, and it was just a short time until we bought it and drove away.

Very friendly and helpful. Left me alone until I needed them. They helped me out after I dropped off my hire car by getting me back to the branch. Great job.
