I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Carmax. I was helped quickly and thoroughly. Helen was so helpful and not pushy at all. I fell in love with the first car I test drove. I left and went to other dealers but did not have a good experience. Upon returning to Helen the vehicle was still there as she held it for me and I was able to buy it. The service center were helpful as well.

Good experience with Alenna and helpful workers, walked me through all paperwork! Got service coupons because there was an error on their end that longed the process, had to do signatures again. When I had the car in for service for an alignment and balance London communicated well and every day the car was in service. Although it did take a while, a week (prepare yourself if you're going in for a used car). London had lyft pick me up and drop me off to and from carmax when needed! I was beyond patient, when I received my car, it was dirty!!!!!!!!! Texted Alenna like this how I received the car... AND she gave me resources to earn reimbursement for car detail WHICH im in the process of doing.. Great work on customer service and amazing resources were given for a first-time buyer!!

They would not adjust the price to allow us to get EV credit. The car description included a sun roof which the car did not have . Which was included in the price which they would not negotiate with us. They did repair a scratch and did a good job.
