Joe cooks did a great job of explaining & answering

Joe cooks did a great job of explaining & answering questions. He followed up with a personal phone call & walked me thru questions by FaceTime to this 77 year old nontechnical person. We are so appreciative!! & thanks for his patience!

Horrible , he ido 4 veces al dealer porque el asiento

Horrible , he ido 4 veces al dealer porque el asiento trasero suena , han cambiado piezas , han montado y desmontado y cada vez queda peor , llevo 15 días esperando por una parte plástica que iban a encargar y aún nada , a pesar que la última vez le dejé saber al manager del taller todo lo que estaba pasando y el dijo que se iba a encargar personalmente de mi caso . Mi próxima queja será con el BBB

I had purchased a new car 2 years ago at NPChevy and had

I had purchased a new car 2 years ago at NPChevy and had a great experience, so naturally, I returned. Unfortunately, it appears this dealership has changed to a model where the advertised price on their website, isn’t the actual price. Once you get there, there will be dealer add ons close to $3,000 and they will also tell you there are certain discounts in the advertised price you don’t qualify for or something. It’s just not transparent and the sales manager Eddie Tamez has horrible customer service if you express dissatisfaction with the advertised price not being the actual price. I found no mention of dealer add ons on their website but other dealers are up front and list them. I went elsewhere and purchased from a dealer that had a more transparent sales model. Same exact car for a very similar price but just a better sales experience. I’ll be in the market for a new car in the next year or two but if I shop NPChevy, I will be sure to be on guard to deal with the lack of transparency on the advertised price.

BAIT& SWITCH.

BAIT& SWITCH. Advertise one price, then when doing the deal, they told me that its an extra $2343. For the bedliner, tint, VIN anti-theft etch, floor liners and wheel locks. No where in the ad are any of these things disclosed. Would not recommend.

I took my 2021 Acadia in on Friday, April 26,2024 for an

I took my 2021 Acadia in on Friday, April 26,2024 for an oil change. When I arrived, there was a line. The service manager came out and asked me if I had an appointment. I relied “no, do I need one?” He stated “ we recommend it but we do take walk ins. It’s going to about 2 hours because it’s a Holiday.” I chuckled and said “Okay, but Battle of Flowers Fiesta Parade is not a holiday.” Then he sent a service manager Christian out to me. Got me keys and said we will see you in about 2 -2.5 hours. Okay. That was at 9:02 am. At 10:05 am I get a text saying my service ticket was created 🤔. An hour later. So about 12:30 my husband takes me back. I sit in parking lot until No text or call. I go in and ask and Christian says he will check and comes back and says they are just getting to it. They brought it out at 1:50 to pm. It took 5 hours for an oil change. This is ridiculous. So when I get home I tell my husband please make sure they even changed the oil. The oil is topped off. But my air filter was not even looked at. The cover is all full of dirt and I touched it to see it a fingerprint would be left and yes it was. I’m not used to this. I w always been a Ford person and have never had to wait 5 hours for an oil change with no text letting me know where my Car was at each point. I will never go back there. Oh they took $10 off my total for “long wait”. Beware.

The 5 stars is for the salesperson that sold me the vehicle. Her first name is Paizley and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very respectful and courteous. She answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends.
