Horrible

Horrible. Drove more than 2 hours to get there. Had an appt with Blanca to test drive a vehicle. Blanca was a "no show: and the car was not available. Reached out to her and she said she texted to let me know car was not available. I do not text and drive but even if I did the text was sent after I had left while I was driving in heavy commute traffic. Interesting she did text before I left insisting I confirm and to make sure I arrived on time which I responded to. If the car was not there she should have said that. I told her I was upset about her no show. She blamed me and continued to harass me. I eventually had to block her #.

Worst Experience Possible

Don’t waste the time of day on this place. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership before. Went looking for a used Tesla. I love over an hour away and the first night I was there, we weren’t able to reach a deal. I continued to communicate with the salesman over the next few days. We had reached an agreement with written numbers through text. On my way up to purchase the car, I got a call informing me that they were going to decrease the value of my trade and increase the price of the Tesla.... I’ve had a lot of interesting things happen at dealerships before but never once have I had price increase after I’ve agreed to terms. Especially when written!! I went anyways to talk it out and they weren’t willing to do anything to help me and they just acted like I was bothering them, while NOBODY was in their store. Complete joke of a dealership and I feel bad for anyone else who wastes their time there.

really bad service do not go here

today i went to the dealership horrible service .when ii was leaving they were making fun of me . went to sell my car today no help at all a guy name alwald sitting in front was very unhelpful . trying to justify his own opinion when i am just asking him. how much will you buy my car telling me that you wont get much . they think i am stupid . the actual value of the car is worth more then the buy out . guess what if u would help me i would have bought a car from you today . this is not how you do your bussiness . next time when someone ask you to call the owner on the store call the dont try to act smart call the owner . very upset today went to another dealership took them 10 minutes to print and paper work . i was right i am getting more . advise to customers when you need something done get at least 5 opinion. you will thank me in end .

I would give 0 stars if possible. Stay away from this...

I would give 0 stars if possible. Stay away from this place. Over 6 weeks since I’ve purchased my vehicle and still can’t get a copy of my title or bill of sale. Sketchy dealership to say the least.

Worst car dealership there is. Stay away from this place. I’ve never had a more horrible car buying experience. It’s been 6 weeks since purchasing the vehicle and the dealership still can’t locate the title.

2018 Suburban

Come to Daly City Mitsubishi try to buy car. Day one meet salesperson lady who try to help me which is fine she give me key for the car then we move forward she haze no information about car she try to sell to us we can except this. Then we fill out form for financing and our live start getting wars. Several times she make mistakes on the paperwork we need to make corrections, she running back in force and talking with group people using Spanish right on front of customer who don't speak Spanish. Then 45 minutes later on the middle of one of hot days I ask her what about my loan she let me know you have wait finance guy still on the phone. Next day getting batter try to call same dealership 3-5 time and I can't find answer for my loan application finally get someone on the phone who let me my application is process and he will get back to me shortly. Day three get even batter I cant hold anyone to get information until approximately 1300 hours, finance guy still on the phone but lucky shot sales lady take the phone and on my question about status of my application let know in very rude unhappy form you have to give us $10.000 down payment and 3 cosigners. On my question when do you have this information she let me know she get this information same day when I fill out application on question why you don't let me know same day she answer I was busy. Move forward I ask her why you don't let me know next day answer was I don't have time. I inform her right know she get unhappy customer who will file complaint and I get professional answer ( I don't care ,I don't give a sheet about and I don't give "F") Lovely dealership who definitely deserve 1Star.If I can put 0 I defiantly will.

Terrible

I purchased two cars off the lot, both of which with failing transmissions. The first car they allowed me to return the car, the second car they did not. I have been stuck with this car for a whole entire year with nothing but trouble.

Great Experience!

We had a great experience trading in our car and getting a barely used replacement from Mo! Mo was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly...not pushy. He made our car buying experience easy and we walked out with a deal same day. No gross salesman tricks here - the entire team was polite and respectful. We love our new car from Daly City Mitsubishi!

Excellent and Friendly Service

The first time we visited Mitsubishi Dealership in Daly City we were greeted by Wassim. He was very polite and very helpful. Wassim provided me and my husband an excellent service. Thank you Wassim.
