Allison is an awesome sales associate. She is very personable and makes you feel like her friend instead of just trying to push a car onto you.

I was very pleased my recent purchase at Dave's Nissan of Jackson. The salesman was very courteous and informative, he took me step by step through all the paperwork and warranty information. I was very impressed with their service department and express oil change. I couldn't be happier with my new Focus.

The staff was friendly and eligible, especially my sales Arron. I was looking for a Toyota corolla but really fell in love with a Nissan Altima. Arron Really pointed the amenities that really made the difference. I would definitely recommended this dealership for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first car. After researching cars that would work best for myself and my budget, I landed on a Nissan. I found the sales staff at Dave's Jackson Nissan to be very helpful and accommodating without being overly pushy or treating me like an idiot. Andy Nastally and Gerald Jackson were both incredibly helpful in the sales and financing paperwork respectively. I would highly recommend this dealership.

After purchasing two vehicles from Dave's Nissan of Jackson, it became clear that sales are the high priority of this dealership. Don't expect good service from them. I have experienced very poor customer service as well as questionable service every time I visit their service department. At first I thought maybe my expectations might be a little high, however, I’ve had discussions with other Nissan owners who experience the same level of service. I drive 35 miles out of my way to get an oil change from another Nissan dealership just to avoid having to go to Dave's Nissan. tcolias is correct when referencing the complaints to the State of Michigan. Unfortunately I did not know this until after the fact. Lesson learned and shared...

Last month would have given them a rating of about a 4 overall, but now I would have to say stay away from the used cars department. The van I purchased was represented as a 'clean' car, sales person very proudly showed me the clean car report from experian. Recently got a substantial scratch on the back quarter panel, different shop told me there had been damage there before. And a car dealership would have been able to tell by looking. Daves Jackson is now clinging to " the report only indicates what has been reported". So, don't make my mistake and believe that a clean car report is a clean car report! Don't assume there will be full disclosure by this dealer. Dealership used car sales manager asked me " what do you want me to do about it now?" He was speaking in a retorical manner of course ...not intending to do anything. He did tell me that the sales person I dealt with no longer works there as if they are somehow no longer responsible forntheir employees's actions. Last time I buy from this place.

I was greeted with a smile a soon as I walked thru the door. Once I was introduced to Tim, he instantly made me feel welcomed. He worked at a fast pace to get me out by the time I told him I needed to leave so I could make it to work on time. He worked with me to get me into the 2012 Nissan Altima, which I told him was the car I wanted. Overall he was friendly, knowledgable, and handled his business when I put a time limit on him. I would recommend the dealership and Tim to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
