DO NOT buy from their used sales department jonathan

DO NOT buy from their used sales department jonathan jordan and shawn specifically but if they talked to their owner, like they said, they were going to you may want to boycott altogether. i recently purchased a 2021 jeep cherokee with a clean carfax report when I finally got it home, I started to notice some things.So brought it to my mechanic, and he noticed that it's definitely been an accident. I contacted them.We had a meeting. And they agreed that this was a BIG problem not to mention the passenger's seat belt, it doesn't come out and casing, installed upside down. Don't even know how it passed safety. And remember, this has been in no accidents, and 60% of the suv has been repainted horribly. And so many other problems They Told me they were going to speak to the owner and get back to me ASAP. This was on AUG 12th i have called probably 30 times and left multiple messages. They are clearly ignoring me and forcing me to go through amvic to clear this BIG issue i feel cheated from a company that is supposed to be trusted. I feel embarrassed as I did not notice these problems before I drove away. I'm exhausted from thinking about it All the time, wondering, if i'm just gonna get screwed out of 35000 dollars. If you see this and still go through with it, that is your choice. I'm just sharing this experience because it's definitely caused. Major issues in my life at the moment and no one needs this xx!!! UPDATE!! I was finally contacted yesterday SEPT 9th 2025 they said they are going to take care of the repairs needed will keep you posted on if this was handled correctly and by correctly, I mean, i'm going above and beyond to make sure!

My brother brought a car Kia Soul 2014 in May 2025

My brother brought a car Kia Soul 2014 in May 2025 because the Engine light was on. Kia charged us almost 1400 and did nothing - just a software up load. In July 2025, the Engine light came back on again. Kia charged us again for the diagnostics ( $307) and came back and told us that we needed to pay over 11K in repairs. This deals hip is dishonest. There was a recall on the Kia Soul 2014 engine, but they say we needed to have done it by 2024. Do not buy a Kia. It is not a good car. The new engine alone costs 7K. Do not go to this dealership. They are , in my opinion . They will mis diagnose your car and still make you pay. This has been an extremely expensive lesson. If they had correctly diagnosed this car in May we could have returned it. But by July it was too late. So. Please do not buy a Kia and do not go to this dealership for service

We can’t say enough great things about our experience at Straightline Kia, and it’s all thanks to two amazing people: Jesse Marshall and Cesar Regalado in Finance. From the start, Jesse was an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s genuine, authentic, funny, and just all-around real. Talking to him felt like hanging out with a good friend who truly has your best interests at heart. There was no pressure, no awkward sales tactics – just honest guidance, lots of laughs, and a smooth, easy process from start to finish. Jesse is the kind of person who makes you feel seen and heard, and that made such a difference. Once we found the perfect vehicle, Cesar took over to guide us through the finance process. He was honest, EXTREMELY patient, and explained every detail without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot!) and made sure we left the dealership feeling confident and supported. As we were trading in our first-ever Kia that we loved so much, the running joke with Cesar became that I wanted to have the same "sparkle" in my eyes with the new car that we were buying from them as we had when we bought our old one. And he definitely made sure the sparkle was there when I left the dealership 😊 All in all, these two made the whole experience feel personal and even fun – something I never thought I’d say about buying a car. If you're looking for people who truly care, are super real with you, treat you with respect, and make the process enjoyable, go see Jesse and Cesar at Straightline Kia. You will not regret it!
